My husband and I stopped in here last night and had a great experience! We sat at the bar and were served amazing drinks by bartender Steve. My husband said the old fashion he was served was the best he’s ever had. I had a cocktail called a Pear & Something? and then I had a Starry Night, which was blue with edible glitter! Delicious!! Bartender Steve deserves a raise.

Well…. for 40$ for just myself I will say I wasn’t pleased with the packaging. Ordered through doordash and my food was packaged with saran wrap, leaking from the bottom and made a huuuuge mess on my table my hands and my clothes. My favorite part of the shrimp Diablo dish is the taste of the olive oil combined with the texture of the noodles, the oil was everywhere and I had payed 40$ to get that taste I was craving, and only got a reminder on how to clean a table from it. Love the food and I recommend it but someone should have just repackaged it instead of adding more work for the exact same outcome to happen. Also I’m at work otherwise I would have use a solid plate

Visiting from Chicago to see the MIL. Wife and MIL had the salmon burger and they both said it tasted great. I had the brisket mac and cheese and the breaded cauliflower for an appetizer. I thought both of those were absolutely fantastic. I love the downstairs basement area and would like to attend something down there.

Really enjoyed the atmosphere, the service, and the food. My daughter said the filet was cooked perfectly. I had the juicy and delicious pork chop. And my wife ate half of the tavern burger and said it was yummy, just too big for one sitting. We took home some red velvet cake, for later. It was amazing.

Delicious food, amazing drinks and a really personal and intimate environment makes this spot a must go. We got so much attention from both the chef and the bartender, we felt like family. Picks Tavern was really good. We enjoyed the sunshine on their outdoor patio and had really good service! Not a place for vegetarians/vegans but there is a breakfast burrito on Sunday Brunch menu!

Had a 4:15 dinner reservation on Saturday 4-27-23. No food concerns. The waiter was obnoxious and annoying. He kept coming back to our table at least 10 times during our meal. And saying the same line every time he approached us. “I just want to make sure everything is straight” over and over every time he came back and with a baseball like hands gesture in which I shall explain. When the player is running to the base the ump makes a hands gesture and calls ” safe” He crosses his forarms then opens them up and calls “safe” This is what this waiter did 10 times. He also said his brain wasn’t working Right today. That was my time with my guest’s and he ruined it. Now that’s sad.
