Oh my gosh! I can’t even tell you how FANTASTIC the Birria tacos are. I’ve wanted to try them after seeing all the videos on Instagram. Pinches are everything I was hoping for and more!!! Can’t wait to take my family here and try more dishes. DONT WAIT!!! Go tomorrow and feed your soul!!!!

The food was amazing! Definitely a hidden gem in Springfield. However I will say that the younger Cashier lady can be very standoffish and have a rude/offsetting done. Other than that, the food was great and of good quality. Would definitely recommend!

Absolutely amazing authentic Mexican food. The owner’s mother makes fresh sopes and gorditas daily. The amazing spices he uses makes every item burst with flavor. You can definitely tell that the owner cooks from his heart, which is tasted in all the exceptional food he puts out!!! A must try!!!

WOW so good! I had a shrimp gordita and shrimp street taco and my husband had a carnitas burrito. Both were excellent and better than any of the Mexican restaurants in town. You just have to deal with eating outside or in your car since it’s a food truck.
