Korean restaurant with a pretty wide variety of materials. Everything here is pretty decent, but their side dishes and galbi are standouts.

Authentic Korean food! We got stone pot bibimbap, dankatsu (pork cutlet) and seafood pancake! Bibimbap and all the side dishes are so good. Seafood pancake also cooked very well. It’s quite thick with several seafoods. The only disappointment was pork cutlet. It feels like they used some frozen meat and cooked quite long time in the oil. I doubt I’ll try again at this price.

Very tasty food, quick service, very large portions. Usually at Korean restaurants we order several dishes for the two of us, but looking at the prices we thought it was too expensive. So we ordered just one dish, bulgogi, and one appetizer, pajeon (seafood pancake). The servings were huge! This would work better if you have a large group. 12 types of banchan, the pajeon was thick and as big as a pizza, the bulgogi was plentiful. Too much for us to eat! Be careful with the banchan, one dish was a pepper that so hot it almost knocked me off my chair. The bulgogi was good but a bit too sweet. The pajeon was wonderful, I will come back for that

Wanted to try the o sam bulgolgi and it was good but could be better. Flavor was a little lacking – the pork could be a spicier. The rice after was delicious once the bottom crisped up. Would come back and try the other stuff. Kinda pricy imo

This place serves authentic Korean food. How do I know? The ladies who work there don’t speak English! Ok, maybe a little English but it’s fine because that’s how I know this place is good. But yeah, the food here is good but it’s not cheap. My friend and I came for lunch, ordered the seafood pancake, LA galbi, Sam Bulgogi and the total was over $100.

Fair Korean food w fair service. It wasn’t busy and the place was advertised to open until 10pm. We arrived at 8:30, stayed til 9pm, and noticed that the wait staff wanted to clean our table hinting they’re closing.

I was craving for Korean food so we decided to try pine tree since the review looks good. I think the food would be better if they didn’t have a big party there. We ordered beef noodle soup(glass noodles), there was no beef, we had to send it back twice to get beef( they forgot to add beef again when we sent it back the first time) my friend think the flavor is ok, not too impressive, but I like the flavor of the soup. We also ordered tofu stew, I asked for extra spice but it was not much flavor and not spicy(I like blue house tofu stew more). We also ordered seafood pancake, I do like the flavor and I like they didn’t use too much flour, however my friend notice the seafood pancake barely have seafood, she said she barely tasted seafood in it(she likes YD seafood pancake more). But we do love their side dishes, so good and there were so many choices. We also love bibimbap. I think The chefs were too busy for the big party, that’s why our food didn’t turn out good, we were a little disappointed, but I’d love to give it another shot.

Great place for Korean food. It’s better to come here with a partner or group. The individual plates are pricier than the other nearby places but the quantity makes up for it. The food quality is good and I would come back here again.

This is the BEST Korean restaurant in Northern California! As someone who grew up in Korea, I have been overall unsatisfied with the quality of Korean food in the Bay Area. As gen z calls it, most Korean food found in the area is very “mid” – not bad per se, but not good either. Coupled with the fact Korean food is no stranger to inflating prices, I seldom go out for Korean food now.
