Food was OK, drinks OK, pricing OK, what i loved was the atmosphere; sat outside and fed the gators ‘taters (and the turtles and the fish -no judgement pls – this is standard practice). fun games and live music on certain nights – fun for the whole family. would go back.

We came with a large group for a family anniversary. It was a mix of good and bad with food. Kids loved the outside with the alligators and turtles. The area was cool outside in spite of being a hot day.

The atmosphere is 5 ⭐️!! If you’re looking for a hole in the wall to get out and dance (county, zydeco and a little 80’s rock) and drink, then this is the spot for you! I will say it was not a mixed crowd when it comes to race. The water is right there which makes it super relaxing!

We just left and we were very disappointed. There were hardly any people there, and our waitress did not serve us but twice. Our food was awful. Some of the shrimp were under cooked and did not have any seasoning others had been over cooked and did not have any seasoning. The fish had no seasoning and had too much breading. The gumbo was the worst I have ever had. The crab cakes were grilled on too high of heat which cause the inside to be undercooked. The mushrooms were greasy unseasoned and not cooked properly. We tried the appetizer sampler once we realize it was all awful we had hoped maybe it was someone training and our food (entrees) would have been better we were wrong. When we asked for the check the waitress stood and stared at us waiting for us to hand her our card instead of giving us a couple of minutes to get our payment out and coming back when we were ready. At the time when there is hardly anyone in your establishment I would hope to have a better experience as well as not have 5 different people bring us our drinks and food. While I understood if it is busy everyone works together however this was far from that. We had spoke with the bartender due to no manager and our waitress leaving as soon as she received our payment before we could tell her and the bartender informed us that this was definitely not the first time this had been issue. Unfortunately we will not be going back. We hope no one else has this awful service and experience. When spending over $130.00 you should expect more than what was given meaning quality and quantity of food and service especially in this situation.

The server was horrible. Brought our drinks and once she brought appetizers she brought no plates nor did you check to see if it was good. It was far from good. The chicken wings were so small that the bones were already showing, the fried mushrooms was huge but tasted horrible. I let it go as being a off day. Them the next time we see our waiter was to deliver our food. She sat it on the table and after walking off did not once come back to check on us. My chicken fried steak arrived at the table hot but the sides were very cold that I could not eat. Once she finally come back and I brought up my issue she just shrugged it off. Once I spoke with manager and made her aware of everything starting with the wings, she looked at me and ask was I sure? I wasn’t asking for nothing just making her aware he waitress needed to be retrained on how to attend to customer. Needless to say that was money wasted that day. I was sad because the service and food has always been excellent but that day it was disappointing.

Amazing food and atmosphere. Not far from my house but even so itd be well worth the drive! Taylor and Caitlyn are THE BEST waiter and waitress they have! They definitely know us by name and go above and beyond to make your time enjoyable! HIGHLY reccomend asking for one of these two when you go! *EDIT* Shes not always there but, if you can catch Daniella she makes the best drinks! And is as sweet as she can be!

Came from Galveston Texas to experience Pine Tree Lodge for our 6th wedding anniversary! So worth the trip! Great patio! Comfy chairs and our own cooler which kept us dry on this hot and muggy day! Turtles and alligators swim in the water right off the deck! Food and drinks were yummy and the live music was too notch! Hannah, our server, took great care of us for hours while we hung out and made new friends!
