Stopped by PEK after our ATV tour for a quick afternoon lunch and they did not disappoint! I got one of their daily specials a Teriyaki burger and my hubs got something off their regular menu. Both were excellent and full of flavor. Some of the best food truck food we’ve ever had! Highly recommend them if your a local or visiting Kauai. 🙂

This is a must stop by place, you really get a bang for your bucks. We tried the Surf&Turf, Flying Hawaiian, and the Poke bowl, all of them was ONO, just as the mango and pineapple smoothie. Mahalo!

The woman who runs this truck is a spectacular person. You know how you can just tell? Sure her smile, sure her way…but! Mostly it’s cause her food transmits genius and kindness. I had the good fortune of eating the ‘green buddah’ last weekend at the Wahine Festival in Kilauea and I haven’t stopped thinking about it. I got giddy when I realized my husband would be in ‘town’ today – he can go by there! Green Buddah Bowl and I can be reunited again! ohhhh man. So good. so that’s a really special veggie option, but the rest of the food for omnivores looks dang magical too.
