Excellent customer service! I asked for a specialized wing sauce that was not on the menu, and they made different renditions of the sauce for me to try. They also brought water to my boyfriend and I as we were waiting. The ladies there are very kind. There are many customizable options. The place was also very clean and I loved the decor.

This place is amazing! Super clean, prompt friendly service, and reasonable prices. And thats not even starting on the incredible menu that they have. They have pulled pork tostones! Burgers are amazing( especially the Cuban and Mexican), and they even offer healthy bowl alternatives for those watching their weight. It takes a lot to dethrone Vegas’ from the top of my list of burger joints in North Miami…but this easily slid into the number 1 slot. Great stuff!

The pizza is excellent here. I didn’t like the smell of cleaning products when i entered the pizza location, next to the Pinecrest bakery. But once I was seated in the bakery I ordered a pizza. Delicious, maybe the finest after Piola Pizza in all of Miami. The service in the Pinecrest Bakery is mediocre but I still go for the food. I waited 10 minutes for 3 female employees to recognize me at the bakery counter. Then I left with nothing. The management here is asleep but the food is good. DO NOT GO ON FRIDAY NIGHTS unless you want to hear screaming KARIOKE singing. It was horrible. For these reasons, i’m giving the place a 3 star rating.

Curiosity got the best of me, and I went inside. The counter staff was polite. Ordered the lemon wings, pulled pork tostones, and loaded fries. The pork on a he tostones and fries was good, but I was disappointed with the presentation of the fries. It was just string French fries topped with BBQ pulled pork….. nothing else…… I plan to go back to try a meal at their restaurant next door.

Pinecrest Pizzeria have the option that you can make your own pizza. The ingredients are good. In addition, the service is nice and the place is clean. There are burgers just besides and some other food options.

I do not know about the bakery part, but for the pizza it is not worth it. The service is great but the Pizza tastes awful, disgusting, gross and nasty. The pizza sauce is watery and tasteless. It makes me nauseous.
