Just finished a meal here. Phenomenal vegan food. The menu had many good looking suggestions. I had the veggies and soy protein in garlic sauce with miso soup on the side. Fantastic taste. Also wonderful service who was very kind to make sure my wife with allergies was taken care of. Thank you!!

Stopped through on a road trip, excited to see a spot for healthy vegan food along the way. I ordered the eggplant and string beans thinking this was a safe health option. It deep fried, oily, and drenched in the sweetest sauce I have ever tasted. It was like melted candy. The orange setain ordered by my partner was even sweeter. (we expect a little sweetness, but at a “healthy” place, really??) He ate three pieces before giving up and then it made him nauseous once we started driving and we had to pull over so he could throw up. We really expected something healthy, or at least edible. Kim chi was the only thing worth getting. Super disappointing.

Having celiac, I called in advance and asked questions to be sure I’d have options. They assured me I did. They even had gluten free items labeled on the menu. Upon inquiry though, many of the labeled items were not gluten free. I asked what they could safely make and they said summer rolls. I got them and they assured me the sauce was gluten free. It was definitely not, I had a terrible reaction before even paying. I would not recommend this establishment for anyone with food allergies, as they are not familiar with or serious about gluten sensitivity.

This establishment really caught me off guard. The food was IMPECCABLE. The soba was perfect and juicy with that mushroom glaze and caramelized vegetables. The curry was balanced and thick like a hollandaise sauce, and the rice were perfectly steamed down to every grain. The deep fried vegetable changed the way I see vegetables as appetizers. This was bottom line a must go vegan experience. Meat eater or not.

Ordered delivery. First time trying Pinellia but definitely not the last. Everything was very fresh and hot. Coconut white rice with raisins was perfectly cooked, soba noodle had the most well prepared tofu I’ve ever had with the most fresh ingredients, Malaysian curry Stew is my new addiction. Wish I knew about this place sooner! I’m not even vegan but I’m obsessed

Let just say, WOW! The food here is delicious. I was skeptical at first. “Vegan Asian Food, no way it would taste just like meat.” I was lost for words when I took my first bite. I highly recommend Pinellia. The taste will surprise you. Plus, Anna is super nice and friendly.
