Server really did not have his mind engaged. Didn’t bring one coffee initially, then brought wrong order. Coffee was ok, but service below par. Could have done with some outdoor seating/ tables upgrades.

The barista was one of the worst I had ever encountered. He made me an iced earl grey when I ordered an iced chai tea. I told him I had gotten a chai tea so he brings out a hot chai. This is on top of the fact that he took to making about three coffees before taking my order. The barista needed caffeine more than I did. The tea is alright but there are better coffee shops in town. They even have better service.

This past weekend my son got married at a venue near Clarksville, and with the event, we fed the wedding party breakfast at the coffee shop, which was terrific. With the comfortable element of the shop, everyone was relaxed and enjoyed the breakfast buffet put out by Sarah and her crew. They accommodated the large group with ease.

The only reason they didn’t get a full 5 stars is because I do believe it is a little too pricey for what you get. Over 8$ for a 20 oz on most drinks and I LOVE this place mind you. The price doesn’t keep me from going just can’t go as much as I would like. They offer punch cards and after 10 you get a free coffee any kind you like

Bad customer service. The one employee working there didn’t acknowledge us even once. We were waiting for 20 minutes. He was in the back most of the time. Walked past us multiple times without greeting us. Then after coming from the back he took the order of other clients who came in after us. Without asking who came first. And he clearly seen we were waiting for a very long time. It’s like he didn’t want to serve us on purpose. A simple hello I’ll be with you folks soon would’ve been nice. We walked out since he took the other clients who came in after us first. No acknowledgement at all like we were ghosts. What a waste of time. Super rude.

The people are great, the vibe is good (depends whose running the music, sometimes it’s a let down ) generally speaking the food and drinks are great, some days the coffee tastes a little burnt but overall, especially in comparison to other options between clarksville and ozark this is a fave ❤

Everything you’d expect and more. Sweets, treats and of course COFFEE!! The bonus to all of it, a friendly staff. The gentleman behind the counter was patient and courteous to my family and I. Great location with a very relaxing vibe. Check out Piney Bay Coffee Company. It will not disappoint.
