Ping On’s portions are large and the food is delicious. The sesame chicken and sweet & sour chicken are our favorites. Unlike most Chinese restaurants we’ve tried in the area the chicken is very tender and not fatty. I’d definitely recommend this restaurant!

Very very poor service at the front counter. Would not recommend. I came in to pick up my Togo order and the one woman at the front cash register was very very ignorant and rude. Doesn’t care about you or your experience. She didn’t even bother to say “how are you” nothing. Just obnoxiously yelled out my total… not a “thank you” no enjoy your food. Awful customer service. Not what you expect when paying a good amount for dinner. No customer appreciation whatsoever. Food was also burnt when I got it home.

This used to be our go-to spot and it was always good. We got take-out from here today and the food was not good at all, with the exception of the crab Rangoons and spring rolls. I hope it will get better in the future, but we’re definitely not coming back.

I have been coming to Ping On for at least a decade. Best in town! The food is always hot and fresh, I don’t care how long the wait may be-always worth it. The portion sizes are huge! The sesame chicken meal will be three servings of food, the chicken is still crispy even with the sauce on it. The wonton soup has the best flavor, the broth is so flavorful, there is definitely a more noodle to filling ratio. The rice is always perfectly cooked. I know it may sound strange, but even my cats love the white rice, they see us come in with the take out bags and can’t wait for rice!

I ordered from Ping On during the afternoon on Christmas day. They were one of the only places open, so the long wait was to be expected. When I went to pick up my food, there were about 20 people either waiting for their orders, or waiting to place their order in person. Many of these customers were being very rude and impatient, but the restaurant staff did their best to be accommodating, and to get the orders out as fast as possible. My food was ready right when they said it would be, and it was hot and delicious when I got it home. Our family will be ordering again soon.

No pork for egg roll so I tried the chicken egg rolls..not one piece of chicken inside. The shrimp appetizer were shaped like a donuts with mounds of flavorless batter…. bad taste. then I was given this sweet thick orange sauce to dip food in… too sweet to eat. The egg drop soup was good. Takeout bag had no utensils or napkins. Only 1 person doing everything with a bad attitude.. never never again.
