Service was great, but the food was so bad I don’t think I’ll ever go back. No pulled pork bbq sandwich like you see in the photos, just deep fried frozen bar food & it’s really really bad. Go anywhere else!

The owner is mean to the employees. The owner, who isn’t disabled, still parks in the disabled parking spot because its a couple steps closer to the front door. I asked about it once and the employee even said, “Yeah The owner parks there on a regular basis”. Food is not fresh. They use everything even if it has a bad date on the food. As for customer service, The Pink House has a gal there now that is very nice and tries to put customers first. If you go to the Pink House, be careful what you order, and always ask if what you are ordering is fresh. Start wondering when they have the same “Soup of the Day” several times in one week. They just keep reheating and reheating until its gone.

I appreciated the great customer service from the staff. The fries were real good! My burger was a bit of a mess. The buns they use are pretty fragile/small and once the sauce soaks through the bun it just falls apart.

Pricing is great, food not so. Milk shake dessert tasted like it had been sitting in a tin can for a long time. The style is great for it brings a home made kind if feel but doesnt live up to the hype. Menu could be more clear.

There was only one poor man there, as other employee were no shows…He was waiting tables, cooking, tending to lottery & being cashier. They have help wanted signs. Why cannot someone show up there. Are the owners that horrible?? Felt so badly for the guy. I Tipped him generously.

my husband and I went for dinner the other night, we’ve been there a couple times and food was good. we had one experience that was okay. this one will cause us to not go back…the waitress asked others continually if all okay etc. not once with us. I had chicken strips thast when she brought the plate out was a surprise, the grease was old, the strips were dark dark brown, I tried, dry, and not good I picked the skin off, the fries were icky. the shake had a sour taste, so did my husband’s shake. his food was not good either, he had a chicken sandwich. once you’ve had nasty bad grease it’s very difficult to go back.. sad…

Ate here last weekend, our food was great! They weren’t busy and we didn’t see our waitress much, but that’s ok, we are pretty low maintenance. Tables were sticky, but I’ve gone here since I was a kid and that’s how it’s always been.
