I ordered a hot meal but when she asked for my phone number so she could call me when it was done, I knew I didn’t have that type of time so I switched to a hoagie and a slice of banana pudding cake to-go. The hoagie bread was really thick. The cake was okay. I was a 1st time visitor who just so happen to be in the area & stopped in. The woman behind the counter was talking to someone (didn’t appear to be another customer) when I walked in and even has I stood there, I wasn’t greeted. I can identify with other reviews that mention a need for better customer service interactions. I didn’t feel welcome. But I’m happy I tried something new & I still prefer to support small businesses over chain restaurants.

I had a fantastic dining experience at The Pink Panini (as featured on abc7’s “Windy City Live”). The ambiance was cozy and inviting, with soft lighting and comfortable seating. The owner was incredibly attentive and friendly, making me feel welcome from the moment I walked in. As for the food, every dish was a masterpiece. The flavors were well-balanced and the presentation was impressive. I particularly loved the lamb chops which was bursting with unique flavors. The only minor downside was the slightly longer wait time, but the quality of the food made up for it. Overall, The Pink Panini is a must-visit for anyone looking for a memorable food experience.

The wrap I usually get is good but the only greeting person is the owner herself, the man needs to be fired his attitude is terrible and tries to convince you to get your order how he would even though he isn’t the one paying & the young lady doesn’t quite listen bless her heart. Why ask for my phone number and never call when my food is ready, it had been sitting for lord knows how long, when the owner isn’t there the place isn’t ran right! Needs new staff and never answer the phone.

I am so crushed…. I searched Panini’s near me and saw that this place was open. I get there and it’s not, construction is going on. Which is cool, but man say you’re temporarily closed on the internet. I really wanted this Salmon Panini. I saved my one meal for the day for here. Highly disappointed and yes I took time to type this review, had that food looking good just to be closed

I indulged in the salmon panini sandwich and the red velvet cake! I wish I could give this place more than five stars! My sandwich was piping hot and flavorful. The red velvet cake was moist and not excessively sweet. I dined in and the ambiance was relaxing with music for a mature audience. I traveled 33 miles and it was worth it!

I come here very often and enjoy the food a lot. I usually get their Cesar salads with regular chicken or jerk chicken added along side whatever soup options available but I will say the Shrimp and corn Chowder is my favorite. The peach cobbler and Carmel cake are my favorite deserts there but honorable mention for the red velvet cake tasting good.

I went there yesterday for lunch with my friends and ordered a chicken Caesar wrap with a peach lemonade. I have to say that was one of the best wraps I’ve had and was hands down the best lemonade I’ve had.

Nice spot and set-up no waiting inside though. Got the Chicken Ceasars wrap was larger than I was expecting not mad at it. Had good flavor all the way thru it did the job, definitely come back hit up some other items on the menu.

Quaint little place to stop and get a quick bite to eat. I had the chicken gumbo soup which had a good flavor. I was in a hurry that day but I liked at their menu and am interested in returning to try their salads and sandwiches

Their system was down and only one worker there. They don’t take cash nor did they take card….seems like a manager should be present or they should be closed if the system is the issue because in turn I received terrible service nor did I feel comfortable using Zelle with an establishment. I also had to wait for the manager to answer and verify I zelled them even though the cashier watched me do it….Waited way too long for a simple wrap and it’s expensive so I feel like better protocols should be put in place. Makes no sense.
