I hate to give this restaurant 4*s bc the food is superb and the pizza options are so creative and delicious but the service is subpar. Whether you are waiting at the front desk for 5 minutes waiting for someone to notice you or asking a few times for plate after your pizzas have been at your table, the service could be better. This place has potential and has been known to be a Houston Gem but the staff needs to step it up to keep customers. We drove from The Woodlands and I would say it’s not worth the drive.

The food was really good. Best gluten free pizza I’ve had. But the workers did not care to be there nor did they care if other people have a place to sit. They were on their phones instead of cleaning tables and taking the trash out. They missed 2 phone calls on the business phone while the main guy was in the restroom because they were all on their cell phones. But they missed 6 calls in the 30 total min we were there. I noticed we didn’t get a welcome when we walked in but didn’t think much about it..but then 3 others came in after us and did not get welcomed nor did they get talked to much or at all. One of the employees pulled out her prescription medication and took it at the register counter. then that same person pulled a brush out and brushed her hair….

hasn’t changed in the 3 years I bought it last. sad, this place is two blocks away and I can’t order from here again. my latest pie came with, or didn’t come with sauce on half the pizza. this was the exact reason I stopped ordering from here 3 years ago. how do you not put sauce on half the pizza… not sure if it’s due to staff or they were taught to make conveyor belt pizza this way, but you need sauce on the entire pie….pretty sad, because I thought the few slices that had sauce, actually tasted ok… maybe other Pink locations are different,but Washington is a hard PASS…..imho

Quick decent taste pizza. For $3.50 I was expecting a larger slice of pepperoni pizza. I prefer a more saucy pizza and this wasn’t it. The dough was soft and crunchy. the cheese had a good taste.

I really love eating pizza, and let me tell you pinks is one of my favorites place to get pizza from. We got the pepperoni with sausage and it was really good! The service was good and fast. Wasn’t as busy or packed. Will be going back again to try different kind of pizza next time!

I’ve been to Pink’s 3 times. The first time I went (2nd picture) was the some of the best pizza I’ve ever had and ties for the best pizza I’ve had in Houston. The 2nd time I ordered, there was no sauce on my pizza. I peeled the cheese all the way off and there was no sauce at all. I went back for a third time tonight and ordered another pepperoni pizza (first picture). I’m not trying to be picky, but where’s the rest of the pepperoni? The right half of the pizza only has 6 pepperonis on it. That’s only one and half pepperonis per slice. I absolutely loved my first experience, but my other two have left me disappointed.
