Pino’s Pizza has been family owned business for over 30 years. Pino’s uses authentic family recipes that date back decades. Alesandro Damiano moved to Minnesota from Italy in 1995. Where, In Italy, food is life. When he arrived in Minnesota, Alesandro started worked for Pino’s in downtown St. Paul and would stay there for over 15 years. In 2010 Alesandro ventured off on his own and opened up his own shop. Then…Pino’s Pizza and Pasta Pasta of White Bear Lake was born. For the past seven years, Pino’s Pizza White Bear Lake has been at the corner of White Bear Ave and County Road F in White Bear Lake. serving up some delicious authentic pie and pasta favorites.

I have been ordering from this place for a couple years now. The pizza has always varied greatly in consistency order to order. With that said when you get a good order the pizza is great! Today I ordered a pizza and it arrived undercooked and the dough was completely soggy. It was awful, when I called the store, the owner cut me off and stated it’s supposed to be soggy. Then told me “never call back again” and hung up on me.

Amazing pizza. Not enough people know about this place. when I first moved to this area I was told by some coworkers about it, I wound up frequenting it for the next 6 years, and I know I will for many more years to come. The owner is a delightful and down to earth man from Italy, the pizza is made fast with a brick oven which is fully in view when you order. A pizza itself is a perfect comfort food, blending of oils on the top and flavorful dough for the crust. For those who frequently enjoy cooking their own pizza, he nails a taste which is difficult to recreate, to be sure. So, if you’re in the area, pick up some ready to go slices at lunch, or take home some boxes, you will not be disappointed, trust me.

Went to get the 2 slice and a drink for $6 and its totally worth it. Really good pizza, plus a super nice dude who works there. Ended up coming back later to get pizza for dinner 🙂

There is supposedly a “dine in” option, but it is laughably small and grimy looking. There are only 3 very small tables. A chair for one of the tables blocks the pop cooler, so it’s not fully usable. The food was served in a take-out box. Since I couldn’t tolerate the other patrons at the counter looming over me, I closed up my box and took it home to eat after only a couple of bites. I had the spaghetti & meatball. The sauce was a bit watery, and didn’t wow me enough to go back. There are better Italian food options around.
