I’ve been ordering food from Pinos, and the first thing I have to say the quality of the food has changed dramatically. Before I could say that their chicken franchese was amazing, but now is a very horrible tough piece of meat. So rubbery and the flavor doesn’t even come close to the chicken franchese. Second thing, the inconsistencies in the prices is unbelievable, nobody gives you the same price for the same order, definitely they are putting their own price, whatever they feel like it on that day, and when you confront them about it, what they say is, that the price of the menu is old and that, there’s a price update. Which keeps changing very frequently for their advantage. Also poor customer service, there’s very rude cashiers, and an old lady that takes orders, places the wrong order, charges you extra, all the time and has an attitude when you go to pick up order. I had to stop getting food from here to avoid getting in arguments all the time about the different price changes.

I will say the food is 5/5 however the custom service is terrible. When you answer the phone, why don’t you try sounding like you actual care and like your job. Not give constant attitude. Your bad day isn’t my bad day. If you aren’t a people person pick another profession.

Second time ording pizza it was so freaking thin I thought last time was a mistake but apparently not the slice can’t even hold the cheese it bends in half with cheese all over plate it’s so thin like there taking a small pie crust an rolling it out to a large an we got 6 slices plus a slice cut in 2 to make 8 wth at their prices too

The plain pizza was good. It was good cold too, some pizza just dies after it gets cold but this was good. The italian hoagie we got was also good, not sure what type of dressing they gave us, maybe a raspberry vinaigrette, so if you’re not into that, let them know!
