After seeing many Facebook posts about this local place, it was time to give it a shot. Well, the hype is real. We ordered the 9 inch Fig & Prosciutto pizza and the Pepperoni one. Both were delicious and piping hot, feshly made. Seating can be an issue at the Market in general as there are few tables, and it was really busy on a Friday nite, but we managed to find 2 spots at the counter right in front of Pinsa. It’s a little pricey for the size, not going to lie, but it’s a “specialty” pizza, and you can tell the ingredients are of good quality. We will visit again, for sure, to try other flavors! Went to the Montrose street market not really sure what I wanted, but saw pinsa fire and decided to give it a try. The cook was great and was enjoyable to talk to and was knowledgeable about the food he was making. He was able to tell us about the food and which ones he personally thought were the best. I decided to have the meat lovers and it was incredible. It had the right mix of soft and crunch. I will definitely be coming back to try more off the menu.

Delicious fresh pizza! This pizza is not like the tradition pizza that you get it. It has a light, airy crust and crispy crust. The flavors of the sauce and cheese were bold and delicious. My mother was unfamiliar with this type of pizza so the chef took a moment to explain everything and was even kind enough to bring it to us at the table. We got the cup & char and it looked and smelled so amazing that I didn’t even get a photo of it before we started eating.

This was our first experience having pizza from Pinsa Fire in Montrose Market in Clermont and it was excellent!! Ordered the vegetarian pizza. It was full of fresh veggies. Crust and flavor were great. Angela and Will took care of us and can’t rave enough about their service. Highly recommend!!

Ordered from here and unfortunately our delivery driver picked up the wrong order. After reaching out they quickly fixed our order for free. Thank you Pinsa Pizza. After seeing all the hype about this place we decided to stop in and try a pinsa. The big guy seemed inconvenienced to take our order. Not very friendly. Order came out quick. Sauce is very sweet, very light on the cheese and crust was black char on one of them. No grated cheese, oregano, crushed red pepper or garlic available. Would have really helped. Will not return unless I’m intoxicated and nothing else is available

The pizza was amazing. Perfectly crispy crust and the sauce was some of the best I have had in Orlando. The person there helped make some suggestions on what to get since my daughter was looking for something not on the menu.

What an amazing experience we had Thursday at Pinsa Fire! We ordered 5 pizzas for lunch to include the guava and cheese and just WOW! It was all made to order with fresh ingredients that just made for an incredible taste. I can’t wait to bring my family back again. I HIGHLY recommend this place!
