Great food, good service and pretty good atmosphere. Did I mention that the food is great??? I had the Texas Burrito and will probably order it again the next time I go. It was so big that I had the other half a couple of days later at home and it was still really good. Oh, and the prices are very reasonable.

I’ve been looking for good Mexican food since I moved up here from the Valley. I finally found it at this restaurant. They served me well and kept me up to date on my order. Everything was clean. The waitress was professional and friendly. The food was exceptional. Loved my experience. I drove from El Campo just to eat there. I will return.

We asked for a dish with no meat and there was no mention of meat in the beans. We had to find out after the fact. Their Labor Day hours were not posted or known to a lot of ppl walking in after hours and we felt rushed out while finishing our meal. Food is decent but judging from the beans, it look microwaved. Service in need of improvement.

Pleasantly surprised at how good the food was. We’ve been camping at Lake Texana for years and have passed by the Pinto Bean numerous times but never stopped. I’m so glad we finally tried it. We’ll be back, the food and service was excellent and the prices were very reasonable.

My wife and I go all over TX for work and I can safely say that the enchiladas here are amazing and the flautas are just as good. Would highly recommend. The cheese dip is good too.
