This is the best fried catfish I’ve eaten! It has such a wonderful crispy batter. Fried to perfection. The homemade cut French fries were perfect too. Served with some sweet slaw and hush puppies. The waitress was very sweet and friendly. What are you waiting for? Go get some of this homemade grub!!

I ran over because Google said this was a drive through coffee shop. When I got there I found out it was not a drive through coffee shop at all. I did a to-go order and when I got back to work with my food I realized…. My cheese fries had hardly any cheese on them and did not have any flavor to them. They forgot my ranch as well. It took forever to get my food too. That’s a lot of money for some sad fries.

Although we were too late for breakfast, lunch was very good! Eight in our party, all the orders were correct, and everyone was happy with what they got. The chicken fried steak was good, but the mustard greens and pinto beans were awesome! We shared a bread pudding that was big enough everyone got more than one bite.

This place is amazing! A friend told us about this place so we made the 30+ minute drive to try it out. A true country Cafe, from the decor to the music and especially the food! It was delicious!!! $66 plus tip for 4 of us. But worth every bite!

Not particularly great. Had the French dip. It was dry and over cooked.

The biscuits and gravy were cold, the bacon was so burnt even my dog peed on it, and wouldn’t eat it. The flies were fighting us for our food and there were several. It’s a nice place to visit but I won’t eat there again.

Our first time to pioneer cafe was March 17 the service was so bad and the food was cold the owner was so sweet and gave us a voucher to come back. Today is April 24 we’re back and not any better service was slow the food was cold again I like my food warm when it comes out of the kitchen. Both times was right around 1pm out of so much I do understand to not waste food with the cost of every thing but really. Two strikes not sure I will be back.

French Dip and chips. Pastrami and fries. Delicious! Coffee …. not to good and water had a strong chlorine taste. Food was really good tho’. Dip for the French Dip was the best I’ve ever had …. not salty like most are!
