I love the vibe and ambiance of Pioneer both in Dalton and Jackson. They nail it with decor and music and all. Their coffee is excellent too and I always have their avocado toast. Well worth the stop!!

Amazing coffeehouse! This place has just about everything you would want for a nice cozy coffeehouse. The coffee is super professional, when you see a coffee place that offers pour overs and aero press along with latte art you know they mean business with their coffee.

Love the small town feel but big town flavor. I really appreciate their happy friendly faces. Seasonal drinks and their avocado toast are my favorite! I’m a big fan of the drive thru just because it’s easy to grab and go to work, but the inside is very cozy and stylish. It’s great place to hangout with friends.

Easy to find literally has COFFEE SHOP on the side of the building. The tables and chairs are made from what appears to be reclaimed wood from a barn and they look awesome. The seating is great. Easy menu to read. The girl behind the counter was super nice. I ordered the avocado toast. They were extremely generous on the avocado spread it was scrumdiddlyumptious. I would highly suggest going here. It is easily accessible off of route 30. This is a well thought out coffee shop. I also got espresso which was just right. When I am around again I will make it a point to stop in.

If you’re traveling through Dalton in search of coffee, do not short sell this place. Excellent espresso pulls, full of flavors, with silky crema. No offense to Dalton, but I was shocked by the quality of coffee in this small mid-Ohio town.

Stopped in on my 5th day of a 6 day bikepacking trip along the OTET from Cincy to Cleveland. Super friendly folks, excellent coffee and baked oatmeal. They are right off the bike trail and happily refilled my water bottle. Highly recommend for bikers looking for a place to take a break.
