Met family for breakfast before my drive back home. Our waitress was wonderful because they serve their OJ in a frosty mug, she waited until I got there to bring it out, pretty cool. She was very attentive to us but watching the whole staff, it was pretty much the way all the staff took care of the customer’s. We munched on chips & their house sauce while we waited to order & then for our food, that was the best sauce i have ever put on a chip. Wish i had brought a bottle home. I had the Enchilada Breakfast Omelette, oh so good. Certain “high end” Mexican restaurants here in OKC could benefit from taking lessons from them. Not sure of the prices. Cousin wouldn’t let me pay for mine. Loved the kiddy rides, they reminded me of the ones I used to ride outside grocery stores as a kid. Sure wish there was 1 here in Oklahoma City or Edmond, Oklahoma.

Worst meal out we’ve ever had. Bland, flavorless, and everything out of a box or a can. We ordered the famous enchiladas. The only thing famous about them is they are famously passing off poor quality, TV dinner style enchiladas as famous. Our server admitted to’forgetting about’ us. We waited 15 minutes for our bill. I’m terribly disappointed. Horrible first meal out while on a holiday weekend away. We had high expectations for a place with such history. It’s time to retire.

Down home country feel with booth side jukeboxes, lots of old cowboy movie memorabilia very friendly staff food is good and prices are reasonable. They have excellent sweet tea y’all and fried twinkies!

I’ve come here most of my life even with newer owners, before Covid food was as expected good, hot, & fresh. Over the last couple years I scarcely go there. Well today was just a reminder why. Waitresses are always nice. But the food was definitely not up to par. My chicken fried steak meal was served at unsafe food temperatures. Cold mashed potatoes, cool gravy chicken fry barely warm. I will not be returning and feeding my family here again.

I never leave negative reviews on restaurants but I just feel like you need to know how bad our experience was today. We came in around 11:40, were seated promptly and that was the only positive to the entire visit. We waited 25 minutes before we received our drinks and had to ask the waitress for those after she delivered chips and hot sauce. Then 50 minutes later we were still waiting for our food. We watched one man walk out while waiting for his food. When our food finally arrived, both of our orders were messed up. The chicken was so hard that I couldn’t even cut it. Our waitress came back with new chicken 20 minutes later and it was better. However this is after an hour of waiting. This was always one of our favorite places to eat and always brings back memories of eating with my parents. I’m really disappointed.

Really great atmosphere with antique things on the walls. Best pancakes anywhere by far! They say they are made with buttermilk but none like I’ve ever had! So fluffy and moist!! I also has bisquit and gravy which was equally good! Service was great too!

Yuk! I think these folks are trying to go out of business. It started out with an unfriendly hostess. But then the food made it worse. The catfish lunch came out cold with limp cold fries. The chicken fried steak had been grilled, and had so much grease in the bread, we could wring it out. We won’t ever be back.

Very good breakfast I got the roundup, 2 eggs, hashbrowns, chicken fried steak ,and biscuit s and gravy. Service was good a little slow ,but they were very busy in they’re defense, I can wait to go again. Love it

I’ve eaten here several times. The food is always delicious no matter what you choose. I had steak and salad with a loaded baked potato. Waitress was very attentive.
