Absolutely love this restaurant! Whenever I visit Dyess this is the first place I go. They make incredible food and they’re so supportive of the military. If you need to feed a lot of people give them a call, they’re definitely willing to work with you to make sure you’re all taken care of.

Paquin is authentic Mexican. The chorizo breakfast burrito are full of flavor and spice. The Carne asada taco are amazing. It your super hungry dive into a bear burrito. Prices are decent and the service is quick. Located on Dyess AFB. Definitely worth stopping in, if you live or work on base.

Got 3 street tacos with asada, carnitas, and El pastor. All 3 we’re delicious! All the toppings were fresh, even the avacados! Friendly and fast service, too, so definitely a great spot for a quick lunch on base!
