Pizza wasn’t to bad(nothing fancy), but they are dirty. It is not an inviting atmosphere, they have stuff everywhere. To top that off I saw a girl fix her hair and then work with the dough, and another girl answered the phone and went back to working. I was sitting there eating for about 30 minutes and saw NO one wash their hands. I am not a picky person when it comes to places but when its unsanitary to eat I just can’t deal with that. Do not get baited in by all the other good reviews like I did, it is probably the same people working doing the “good” reviews.

Good service, staff were very polite. Ordered an 18in cheese pizza and sub. The sub was decent, could of used some extra sauce, but I will order extra next time. The pizza was delicious, only complaint from everyone around me eating was there wasn’t more. Will definitely order more from here

Wow this place was horrible from the food to the price to the inside of the business. You will be better off going to the store buying a JACKS frozen pizza and you will have a better pizza. Crust was doughy undercooked very little flavor in sauce. Waiting time is about 20 minutes longer than what you are told if they state 20 minutes to pick up give it 40 minutes minimum. If i could rate 0 stars i would have.

The pizza here has actually been pretty decent the 1-2 times that i’ve ordered pizza. The delivery is good and timely. The subs are good (i’d the steak and cheese or chicken club). My only gripes are the quality of the wings, which is what i usually order if i’m ordering from a pizza place. the wings were half done, clumped together, and extremely oily. the skin was practically sliding off of the wings. The spaghetti bake is pretty gnarly. I don’t know what the cook was thinking when they made this. It came in a aluminum pie pan, the noodles were hard, and it was topped off with over melted kraft cheese slices and overcooked pepperoni. The nacho selections are just tortilla chips with kraft cheese slices melted on top with random toppings and it comes congealed to the top of the box due multiple cheese slices on top.

When I ordered they said 20 minutes. It took them 45 minutes to make our pizza. When I went in to pick up my food, nobody was wearing gloves or washing their hands. I ordered wings and they were cold and soggy with no flavor. The pizza was so greasy I had to use a fork to eat and it was dripping. I will never buy from here again!

The bread sticks alone are 5 stars. So light and fluffy. Beautifully dressed in a butter sauce. The pizza is probably as close as your going to come to a big city style in a small town. I’m a pizza connoisseur and this is one of my favorites. It’s all about personal taste when it comes to food. But I have to say if you don’t like Pisanello’s in Gibsonburg, then you have to be some kind of communist because it’s about as all American, great, grade A pizza as you get.

My wife and I visit her family every year. This year we decided to get a pizza here. I ordered and waited for it to be prepared. While I waited, I noticed a couple of employees handle money and different items and fail to wash their hands afterwards. A couple of more employees came from the back, like from outside, and started handling food items without washing their hands also. On the other side, the pizza was one of the best pizzas that I’ve eaten in a long time. I didn’t die so maybe they washed their hands when they made mine. Pick your poison, I guess.

Sat inside and waited for my pizza. I did not call in. I seen many things that turned my stomach. Employees were not washing hands after using cash register. Then going and touching food. Inside of food containers. Another employee wiped nose on back of thumb and continued to make the pizza doe. I said something to manager and he acted shocked.He was the only one I seen putting on plastic gloves to handle food out of bags. Health department needs to pay a visit to them.
