Great ambiance! Live music and bar are far enough away to no disturb dinner conversation. Very good food and portion sizes. My ciopinno was acceptable but loaded with mussels and shrimp. There was no octopus or squid or anything resembling Adriatic seafood. Desserts were excellent as was the service. However, the restrooms need remodeling.

The lamb shank was delicious, the meat fell off the bone. Although the flavor was strong it was tasty and well prepared. The pasta side was very basic, it was just a tomato sauce with no seasoning.

What a cool spot! Old school Italian atmosphere. Great live music, which is what brought us in to try the place. The food was large portions, very reasonably priced, and quite tasty. Good house wine options with a great bottle list as well.

Pistone’s is the nostalgic comfort food Italian food restaurant of my childhood. The leather booths have the odd rip in them which adds to their charm. Not every dish is a hit, but calamari, the Caesar salad with generous portion of salmon, and pork wrapped in bacon are some of our favorites, and desserts are great. Billy our long-time waiter is a delight. There is a bar and live (but not raucous) music. Outside is a patio with piped in Frank Sinatra type music. Enjoy sitting outside as the traffic of Seven Corner’s passes by without being annoying, and you reminisce about the virtues of the old time restaurants you used to go to with your parents.

They forgot about us. The food was okay, though probably not completely worth the price point. But the food is not what makes me give this place a bad review. The food is why they are getting 2 stars instead of the 1 I would prefer to give them. Our waiter sat us in a corner booth (which I didn’t mind at all) but then forgot about us. We never got menus when they sat us down and when someone noticed us, they asked if someone had helped us and we said we didn’t even get menus. We got our menus and they forgot about us again and didn’t take out order for another 30 minutes. Not even drinks. When our food finally came out, they forgot to give us silverware and we had to find another waiter to get those things. It was a bad experience and our evening starting out like that made it hard to enjoy the food. It’s a nice place and seemed like a good atmosphere, but they need better and more attentive staff. It was ridiculous to have to forgotten as a customer sitting in a booth that they placed us in, especially when it was not that busy

Solid 4 star Italian food. The linguini and clams were crafted with fresh ingredients. The white wine sauce wasn’t the absolute best I’ve had (perhaps needed more garlic) but it was very good. The salmon was a tad bit overcooked but other wise very good. The wine selection is excellent and they offer a full service bar. The live music in the bar area was fantastic on that Friday night. The atmosphere has a welcoming and comfortable feel.
