Pit 105 Menu – Williston, ND

Type : Barbecue restaurant

Location : Williston, ND

Slow and low with hickory wood is the smoking process we prefer when it comes to the qualities we have come to love in our food. Our menu is built on simple and traditional dishes that are the very foundation of barbecue style cooking, however, the creative minds have added irresistible twists to a number of plates to keep you on your toes. Tender, moist, and flavorful should be expected when you visit Pit 105.

Based on 259 reviews, the restaurant has received a rating of 4.7 stars. Price

Firstly – food! And what a quality food. I feel this is a bit unfair from Pit105’s perspective, as having so many interesting options on the menu could easily make one stick with this place for a week, not giving other folks in the neighborhood a chance to be visited by customers 😉 Delicious, fresh, truly local. Got it suggested by a colleague and … I was not disappointed! Coming back to try (tacos!). Secondly, spacious place not letting you cram. Totally recommend if in the hood.

This BBQ is totally authentic and so delicious! The restaurant is joined to a brewery and has a great modern vibe to it. The brisket and pulled pork are legit! The pickles that are fried up with pork and cheese in an egg roll wrapper were incredible! Highly recommend this place.

This place makes several blocks in any direction smell incredible. There is nothing quite like the scent of smoked meat wafting out of the big open garage door in front to draw people in. It has huge high ceilings, minimalist decor. My go to order is a baked potato (they are huge) with brisket, bacon, green onion, sour cream and butter. I think it is is called the Midwest. I have tried about a half dozen of their other menu items, as well, and have never been disappointed. The menu descriptions are great and the staff very helpful about answering questions or giving recommendations. I once ordered my baked potato over the phone for pick up and specified “an obscene amount of extra butter on the side” and they came through for me with about 1/3 cup of butter.

Pretty good BBQ, definitely the best in the area, with plentiful servings. I would like to try some other things on the menu for sure. I did find the brisket to be extremely fatty (like more than normal) but the offerings I tried had decent flavor.

A bit smoky in the place, but you can sit outside or in the brewery next door.

Good food and atmosphere. Split with a bar so it is a little confusing. The building is split between the restaurant with food and the bar. Separate names but the same place. Good place to spend an evening out with friends or a spouse. Laid back atmosphere.

Food was very delicious. Meat was super juicy and tender. Onion rings superb. Brisket sandwich delicious. Wife got a bbq chicken sandwich and it was also delicious. Potato salad was awesome. And the cornbread muffin was so good. I will recommend to anyone that loves bbq.

**UPDATE** Been back here about 6 times now. This is one of the only places in town that are good EVERY SINGLE time!! So many other places, you go once, it’s great. Go again, not so good. The Pit 105 is not like that. You can expect a top-level meal EVERY time you go. Trust me. Your local food wh0re.
