Google and their website hours are incorrect. Ordered food through the website, said the order would be ready at 7:19pm on a Sunday, account was charged and went to pick up food only to find out they’re closed on Sundays. Husband went in person to resolve the next day and a worker said the owner would be in later. Tried calling multiple times with no answer. Finally got through and was told by an employee they’d talk to a manager. Husband followed up the next day and nothing had been done and was told the owner wasn’t in. He left his name and number for him to call when he was in. It’s been a few days and we’ve received no call to resolve this.

placed an online order and when I showed up they had been closed for 4 hours already. made no attempt to make it up to me when I called the next day and when I came and got my food. the pita was alright. rated low for visibility.

Restaurant was closed at 6pm, with lights off, door locked, and nobody picking up the phone, even though the neon sign says “open” and both Google Maps and the Pita Pit website say it’s open until 10pm. I put in an online order and there seems to be no way for me to get a refund. This is horrible service.

Got the wrong food. Maybe have someone with a trainee since it was his second day and didn’t know how to ring things in correctly. I couldn’t go back since it took them almost over 20 minutes to make the food.

I went to pita pit today at 1pm and there was a hand written sign on the door that said closed from 1:30-3:15. Since I had 30 mins still, I Walked in to order only to be told by the guys working that I can’t order anything because “they’re not taking any new orders right now because of a big catering order they just got”. Won’t serve a customer lunch at 1pm on a Tuesday…
