I am very disappointed at the service my wife and I didn’t receive. We waited for a few minutes while your worker completed what had to be a call in-order because no one else was in the restaurant. Which was fine, no issue with that. However, to have the lady acknowledge us and ask us to wait, to then greet the customers who came in after us and take their order. She was the only person working that we saw. Which meant we would have to wait several minutes longer for our food, while watching her fix the other customers food. When they left, we would still be there waiting for our food. We use to eat there a lot before we moved away. Now we are back. We liked the two young brothers a lot. Actually, the whole family was awesome. I support small businesses when possible. Please do better.

Just left Pita Pit 8/29/2022 T 4:53. My husband and I were in town and decided to stop at Pita Pita because we haven’t had them in over a year. When we walked in the lady behind the counter appeared to be making a call in order and stated that she would be with us in a moment. We said ok and patiently waited. Another couple comes in and and stands beside us. After she finished making the Pita’s she ten walks past us and begins to take their order. I was real confused because we were there first. After she finishes taking their order she then comes to us and asks are we ready…. As a business owner myself this is not acceptable at all I will never allow my employees nor myself to treat customers that way. We walked out and will never be back.

To answer your response we were not far from the register she knew we were waiting until she finished. The other couple walked in after us. Your restaurant was not packed with a line of customers out the door we were the only ones in there and she acknowledged us when we walked in stating “SHE WILL BE WITH IS IN A MINUTE “The other couple walked in 10 minutes after us. I feel that we were discriminated against by a minority and we are also a minority. Please check your cameras. We were standing next to the register lookin at the menu while she was finishing a call in order or an order for herself. Again your restaurant did not have a single soul in there and it’s not that big for us to be far away from a register. Your response is ridiculous for an owner.

I have never had a bad pita or experience here. The restaurant is always clean and the staff is always friendly. There’s a bit of a lunch rush, which is understandable because their pitas are amazing! They’re a great, healthy alternative to your typical fast food. Try the boom-boom sauce!!
