Not consistent. From topping portions varying each time, to “as of today” reducing quinoa & rice bowls to the size of a small salad (same price of $9.25). Most of the time, one or more of my toppings are either missing or incorrect. You shouldn’t have to call a restaurant every time you order due to mistakes. Despite DoorDash’s application giving good results, the actual Pita Pit ordering system (and staff) are questionable. **If you aren’t speaking to a manager, don’t trust them!**

KSU grad here. I had to drive through Kent for work, and decided to take a trip down memory lane. I ate here consistently for my entire undergrad. My trip today did not disappoint. I was hit with memories galore, the guy who made my pita, Devon, was awesome and it is DELICIOUS. Can’t wait to be in the area again. Love Pita Pit forever.

The food is absolutely amazing and the customer service is even better! Pita Pit just reopened two weeks ago under new management and I am more than impressed. Pita Pit has always been one of my favorite food spots, but the management team goes above and beyond to make my experience even better. When my BOGO coupon didn’t work, the owner took the time to call the individuals who run the online ordering system, which is based in Idaho, and followed up with me two days later to let me know that my BOGO coupon had been applied. I HIGHLY recommend Kent Pita Pit. There are options for everyone!

The staff was very friendly and helpful with explaining the menu. I give the staff 5 stars for their efforts. The food on the other hand was terrible, the vegetables looked as though they had been out for over 12 hours with no refrigeration. The meat (chicken) was of a processed variety as well as bland and tasteless, the sauce didn’t add any flavor to the pita either. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

I’m only giving this one star for one reason. The food is phenomenal! The employees are fantastic! The owner however sucks! She is closing the restaurant down to concentrate on her other location and a new restaurant she is opening. The poor employees were given no notice at all. Definitely not enough time to either buy the place from her or find new jobs!

The lettuce was YELLOW, the girl preparing my food had long hair over her shoulder towards the front of her body and it was touching my pits as she’s preparing it!!!!!. Not to mention my wife’s chicken was raw. Needless to say if you read the reviews and you read this one. Trust me! Save your money and go somewhere else.
