I went there today and ordered a pita wrap, the wrap was falling apart as he was wrapping tearing all over, I asked for bowl nicely sense it was gonna fall apart anyways, the gave me snarky comments and said it was wrapped and I said it’s tearing all over is gonna fall apart. I was not impressed, the picture is my food I got after trying to eat it once completely fell apart . I usually love pita pit

Very disappointed of my first pita pit in Bismarck !!! I made an online order for lunch and they didn’t bother to call me as they ran out of ingredients, I paid for two full regular sandwiches to get only two baby sandwiches, it is unprofessional, my husband grabbed the sandwiches for us but when I called them no effort was made to satisfy the client. At least offer to double the portions or call the client or a gift card !!!! nothing… I am writing this review because I am really mad and still hungry after eating that baby sandwich and paying 25 $.

I have a group of 15 business owners that go out to lunch once a week to meet up and network. We were going to check this restaurant out until we scanned the reviews. The owner apparently feels his food is amazing enough to speak to his customers any way he wants. We all were blown away by his attitude and can’t believe he is still in business. That will change, there are way too many great restaurants out there with good food and service. We took our money elsewhere.

I ordered my wife a double chicken bruechatia rice bowl at 6:35 pm on Saturday 8/6. They were out of rice so they said it would take 10 minutes to make rice. I walked out with my wife’s order at 7:19 pm. No attempt to make it right or nothing. I even ordered a pita at 6:48 pm hoping to help them move along. They were not busy. Helped maybe 5 other customers in that 44 minutes. Terrible customer service.

Couldn’t get the app to work as we tried to order ahead. Luckily, it was mid afternoon on a Monday so there was nobody in there and we were able to get our food made quickly. Food was good.
