Walking inside, I didn’t realize how filthy the floors and table, and bathroom were until we had to wait 20 minutes for our food. Does Pita Pit have one person working on Sunday? Which had me concerned for the person’s well-being.

My friend and I ate lunch here on July 8. We only saw one person working the front counter and she was not very friendly. When I asked if I could have whole wheat for my pita bread choice, she acted frustrated with me and said, “I have the mixed kind…whole wheat and plain, is that okay?” I said it wasn’t because I had some gluten issues. I shouldn’t have to explain myself to a restaurant worker. I then asked if I could have gluten free. She said, “Yes.” I have issues also with dairy. True story. So I asked for, “No cheese.” She asked me a personal question, “Are you lactose intolerant? What symptoms do you have?” I said it gave me headaches.” She said, “Interesting.” That was not her business to pry like that. This young person needs to learn some simple manners in how to relate to people, especially an older person like me.

I will never return. I got a pita and it was missing have the things I ordered. Also feel like I was ripped of. I’ll never eat there again. If I could give it a 0 rating I would. Stay clear of this place or you’ll walk out with less money in your pocket and a bad you taste in your mouth. This place used to be good. Not anymore..

I came here for dinner on Saturday! The person was very sweet! There were some people that came in that were somewhat rude but the person at the desk handled them very well. Their customer service was great and the food was delicious. I had a felafel pita and some chips. I will be coming back again.

They ripped me off and over-charged me and forgot to actually put food in the pita. I should have looked before I tapped and got back in my car. For that price, I should have eaten pitas for a week. I wouldn’t though, because they forgot everything except the lettuce. There aren’t enough tears. I am left hungry and my feelings are hurt. I will be 0% surprised when, in the future, I see it closed for business.
