Ordered 4 pitas. 3 came with NO SAUCE. And the chicken was DRY. Made for a very difficult to eat pita. Also as they were handing us the “completed” order they informed us that they were out of steak for the fajita and did not specify what they subbed it for. Not a great experience at all. Very disappointed and won’t likely be back

The food is great, as is most pita pits. But what I was super impressed about was the young man behind the counter, Griffin, at the Regal Ave. It was busy and he was working alone. He had patience and manners. He was very efficient and took pride in his work. Many times I have experienced people just acting like they’d rather be somewhere else other than serving customers. Thank you Griffin, the food was excellent!

I ordered a custom bowl. Chicken.cheese.bacon.ranch. I got chicken. Bacon.lettuce and guac. Then when I went in to get it redone they left the ranch off. Both Baja bowls had raw onions vs grilled onions. Worst service ever. How can you screw an order up twice. Obviously done care. Good service is hard to find these days

Food was excellent as always. I typically don’t review places BUT these guys were exceptional. Most restaurants don’t deliver to my friends address and the select few that do charge double for their delivery fee. PITA PIT delivered and did not charge me an extra fee.

This was my first time at this restaurant. It’s fast food so just a few places to sit inside. We took ours to Manitou Park. Lots of options. And they loaded it up just how you wanted it. Nice friendly clean place.

I was standing in front of the sneeze gaurd ready to pick my veggies, speads, etc. The guy made it like it was an online order that wasn’t even there. The women even said go over there and this guy will help you. Help what make a pinner pita and say nothing to me. After I had already tipped well even. What is the point of all the signs and being able to see option if you build it to a set list and don’t even say anything to the costumer. This has never ever happened at this location before and I most likely won’t go back now. Not worth the higher price if you aren’t getting at least the same thing as before the inflation.
