I’ve Doordashed this place several times for lunch during at work. It’s a lot of food for your buck, but often times the meat is cold & they seem to never get the sauces right. It’s tasty so, though, so the large portions usu. don’t make it to leftovers. It’s odd that the meat is usu. cool, though, b/c this is one place whose fries arrive hot & crispy w/ Doordash.

Went in there because my coworker got me hooked on their fire fries. My card declined and the amazing manager (I think)who was really cute helped me out. I’d probably go back for the food but id definitely go back to that manager/employee. Wish I got his name or gave him my number. The sandwheech I ordered was perfectly crispy and soft. 100% would go back

My first time ever going into PIta Way, I have always heard good things about it but never made the trip but I finally did yesterday. Great customer service, went in around August 6th 7pm, and there were 2 guys behind the counter, didn’t get there names but they were great. One of the guys even offered me a sample of the fries which tasted great. Moving onto the food I will say it is quite on the expensive side especially for how small the bowl is and your kind of limited on how much food you can put due to the size but the bowl still did fill me up and I thought it tasted great. Due to the city being filled with Mediterranean restaurants I probably wont be back unless I am in the area because of there being cheaper options around, but I am glad I tried it.

Place was very clean and so was the staffs food handling practices. Also comes with a very friendly & courteous staff to go with it! The food was very flavorful and reasonably priced for a family. Their recommendations from the menu were great, and I felt very comfortable and clean eating there. Will definitely come again.

Food sucks, service isn’t the greatest either. Ordered for the first time, got the Detroit Pita and a mini fattoush salad and they forgot the dressing for the salad. I wouldn’t say the food is anything special that would entice me to order again either. I actually threw the last few bites of the Gyro out. Not a fan.

Service is always quick but, never rushed. Plenty of gluten/dairy free combinations also. Team members are all welcoming, friendly and efficient. I’ve heard them talk new customers through steps to order (which is kind of set-up like Chipotle), as well as offer taste test and recommendations.The store manager is friendly, extremely diligent and consistently provides exceptional care and attention to detail, very much an asset to the company. I tried the falafel for the first time yesterday, and liked it a lot. I would consider the food options to be like Mediterranean street food, and would love to see kabobs or spinach pie hit the menu.

Ordered on a Thursday afternoon 3/23, expecting this experience to be like most other fast casual establishment experiences lately. Not enough staff, slow service, and mediocre food. I was completely blown away by thislocation, I walked in and the store was clean, everyone in line was greeted personally by a staff member, no employee was on their phone, and every single staff member there was hustling. My order was double checked before it was packaged and given to me as well. I’ve since come to learn this is not uncommon at this location and others in the area. Very pleased with the entire establishment and hopefully they are rewarded for their hard work because this was an amazing experience.

I love this place and am a regular. We order food at my office all the time but wait time for online orders is ridiculous. I placed an order for 6 bowls at 11:37 and due time said 11:57, but it wasn’t ready until 12:25. If I walked in and ordered all this in person, it would’ve been ready a lot faster because only walk-ins are prioritized.
