Today I went with my Dad from Florida for buy pizza but we leave because in front the door they had a sign “No Bathroom” so my Dad he was feel bad about because him was want it go to the bathroom. So I’m not sure is it right they no have bathroom for the customer. I understand when you have a local like restaurant for law you need have a bathroom unless the place is for to go or the bathroom don’t work. I love eat pizza there but definitely I was feel bad about that’s point. ☹

I’ve been going to Pizanos for what seems like almost 20 years now and it has always been superbly good, fresh, and just an awesome experience overall. The staff is always nice and the slices are so good. Easily one of my favorites in the Rochester area. Don’t hesitate to order anything from Pizanos 🙂

Classic Canandaigua pizza spot. Enjoyable slices and subs and wings. Last visit was Oct 29 2022. Staff was beyond friendly and it was busy because Dirty Blanket bluegrass was playing a show next door. But the food was delicious and the staff couldn’t have been friendlier. Thanks!

This was amazing. who ever made the pizza i ordered today needs a raise, and they need to keep them forever. The pizza was so good, the amount of toppings was on point, it wasn’t greasy. Pizza is usually good. We preordered 3 pies for a Christmas party. When we opened the pizzas 1 was black on the bottom. We called and told the employee what had happened. We were told it was their policy for us to drive the burnt pizza up to their store to prove it! We live over 20 minutes away! You can keep your policy and lose a lot of business.
