Placed my order through phone and the person on the phone got my order wrong twice. Went to pick up the pizza and the service was good in the store, but when I got home the pizza was hard as a rock. I ordered thin crust but it was literally like cardboard. Hardly any sauce and the crust was so hard and brunt I couldn’t even bite it. The only reason I ordered from here is because I had a coupon that came in the mail. It was for a large specialty pizza and get a small cheese pizza for free. The cheese pizza had barley any cheese and the cheese was like plastic on cardboard. Some of the sodas in the store had faded labels, so it had me thinking how long that soda had been sitting out in the sun. Terrible pizza, do not recommend, especially for that price. Without the coupon, the pizzas came out to $37 but with the coupon it is was $22 for a large specialty and small cheese pizza free. Definitely not worth it. Domino’s is much cheaper for higher quality food and ingredients.

Younger female at counter I think she was new and had a little trouble with our order. She however has the supervisor or manager come out and helped make sure our order was right. Very friendly young man. Served our food and had a nice conversation. Made sure our food was right and done correctly. We love their double dough (?) pizza.. Chicago style pizza with sauce on the top..

First time at this location. I had a personal veggie pizza. Lots of fresh, toppings, crust cooked perfectly,and cheese was piping hot! Delicious, delicious. Nice atmosphere, clean and comfortable. Staff was very friendly and service exceptional. I will be back and recommend to friends and family!

Everything is all good until you get bad food then you get bad customer service from the manager. The hamburgers look like cardboard, and if you do not like your meal, you cannot get a refund they just want to make another nasty meal for you which absolutely makes no sense.

I went in for a pickup order. The girl with a hat and ponytail behind the counter couldn’t find the order and immediately gave me some weird attitude. I understand there is a common attitude/misconception about delivery people, but I was polite and understanding. The other lady asked if I was going to pay for the order but my side said it was placed and paid for. I let them know I needed to call Uber. Then the ponytail lady was catty and said “they are just going to cancel”. Yes, that is how it usually works but if I don’t call I don’t get paid for showing up.

Fast friendly service and the pizza was very tasty. It’s got a nice crispy crust and fresh ingredients. I would definitely suggest stopping in and supporting a local business. Then come back the next day and get some sandwiches and salads and desserts.

First let me say the one star is solely for the food. The service was good. My calzone was greasy all the way around it. The cheese inside wasn’t melted completely and the pepperoni was barely warm. The “marinara” sauce was just blended tomatoes that weren’t cooked down to make it marinara. It had raw chunky onions. Very disappointing because their calzones used to be so good. This location also has a revel burger inside it so I’m thinking maybe it’s a lack of concentration on one product for good quality.
