i did love this place. their calzones are good. and they deliver which is great. but i got the house salad today and it literally had undercooked bacon in it. i don’t think i’ve ever been so grossed out in my life by a food. because i had started eating it before i realized. not only is that gross but it’s a health hazard. if the guy had told me it was a mistake and he would refund the money for my salad I probably would’ve gone back. Instead he tried to tell me it wasn’t raw that it was cooked crumbled bacon. I’ve been alive for a lot of years and eaten a lot of bacon and seen and touched a lot of raw bacon. This was as close as you get to raw bacon. (idk, maybe the bacon guy didn’t do his job right) In the end he offered to make me another salad and send it to me. But after that I sadly won’t trust this place again. i love to support local small businesses and understand mistakes happen but unfortunately if you make a mistake and don’t fix it, you lose business.

We bought a Car from CURRY Honda Chicopee and it caught on fire after 2000 miles within few weeks we were having a LONG bad day as they refused to take the car back Neither gave us any money back when I come to this place I was hungry exhausted and hopeless I meet a worker here told me leave it on God GOD IS GREAT AND WAIT… thanks for your good word dear worker

We ordered a cheese pizza and sat out fro t. Someone came out and handed us the pizza. We walked home opened the box and it was a mushroom pizza. I called to tell them its not the right pizza and they gave me a hard time because of there mess up. The women on the phone had a bad attitude when explaining to her the issue. Dose that look like cheese? Not ok.

So the food was ok however, the website used to order needs a bit of work. Ordered a calzone with more than cheese and it didn’t go through correctly. When it was noticed at pickup the lady behind the counter was willing to be helpful and resolve the issue however, the not-so-gentleman behind the counter was a bit crude about it. Took the order as it was. This wasn’t going to be worth arguing over. Sadly left a bad taste and most likely will be a long time before I try them again.

The bread for grinders very thick. To much, also the person preparing the sandwiches and grinders doesn’t know how to BUILD (place meat,veggies, cheese and condiments ) in proper order. The portions are small. You have to ask for EXTRA to get the Correct amount. Yes you’ll pay for that. They are my last call when I’m to lazy or have not gone shopping. Not satisfied, so why do I order? …. when I have ordered I say” this is the last time ” FOR REAL.

Called up , easy to order. Ready when we got there or pickup, a Large Vegan pizza. Exactly what we ordered we wanted vegetables and more vegetables, and vegetables it was on a white flour crust.There was no sauce ,no cheese and that was great for us. We were very happy with it. At pickup it was steaming hot and the pickup was easy quick polite and efficient. Gobbled it up! Price is right, pizza was freash..

Pizza Amore, as some of the most competitive prices for their food! And their food is fantastic! And the staff there and the owners are exceptionally and the most friendliest people have ever met! I have gone there multiple occasions and have been me be a dollar short and the owner / manager has let that slide! The food is cooked in a timely manner and all so they deliver! Their food is very fresh and cooked on site! And please try their chicken tenders on their side menu oh, they have the best chicken tenders… I think I may have ever had! So in summary a friendly staff, work with you if you don’t have enough money, deliver, and I’ve just overall very nice people!

Waited an hour and half for a large pizza. When I called to check on it, the order was never made. I was told to wait 15 minutes and waited another 50. I wouldn’t be writing this if I wasn’t charged full price for waiting so long for a terrible pizza. I could have gone to Cumberland farms for the same quality pie in 5 minutes.
