Their version of an Italian beef sandwich is nothing close to what we’re used to, as you can tell in the picture. We just like mounds of Italian beef piling over the bread. It did taste good, just not enough Italian beef. Brushetta caprese, whipped feta with hot honey is must have appetizers. Friends had pizza, and they said it was very good. Great selection of craft beer, and they will be rotating the stock. Staff was excellent and very friendly. We definitely will be back to try other dishes.

Food was ok, really sad that the Hot Honey whipped Feta was just garlic on top of garlic flavor, from the knots to the feta. It would have been better served with crostinis like the online menu shows. Pizza was good and affordable. Service and atmosphere were great!

Ok, I was a big fan of the place that was here before so I had high expectations. They have surpassed it by a 1,000 miles, amazing selection of beer and whiskey, stopped by after work for a quick beer atmosphere grabbed me as did the very kind and attentive staff. Just sitting in here is fun and enjoying an Edmund, Suffolk beer just made it better, most places don’t do a lot of great Brit beers but these guys have placed it on tap , along with some old favorites like Schlitz and Strohs( in cans) but still wow from my youth. Pizza smells amazing and truffle fries are to die for. Great job, thank you for adding to sycamore’s family of places to hang out, my new favorite.

The atmosphere is nice and I’ve always had good service. I think my problem lies within the food and drinks. Yes, they do have good food and drinks on the menu but it seems to lack consistency. At least the times I’ve been going there. I usually eat and drink at PBW at least once every other week. Once I had the BLT pizza with thin crust; the next time it wasn’t. I had asked if they do different types of crust to which I was told they only make one style of pizza crust. It hasn’t just been the pizza either; it ranges from the bread sticks and the truffle fries with much of the similar issues. I’ve had nice golden bread sticks and next visit, not so much, and more doughy. The truffle fries have been well seasoned and crispy; while other times little to no seasoning and the deep fryer oil seems dirty which gives it a burned taste. The cocktail drinks are good and once again sometimes lack the consistency. Some drinks are made super strong while other times they’re on point. That being said, I would recommend this place. I still keep going back despite some of the consistency issues. PBW does have some of the best selection of beers on tap and whiskey on hand.

Bartenders were awesome, friendly, and very knowledgeable! Garrett helped us decide on drinks and all of his recommendations were pristine. We also tried the hot honey whipped feta and it was amazing! Great opening day for PBW!
