When you live in NEPA, “average” pizza doesn’t really cut it. Cajun Wings and Cajun chicken wing stromboli are what saves this place.

3rd time order was delivered in non edible condition. Cheesesteak bun was completely saturated in grease. Thick crust pizza was discussing and greasy . Never order from them again

Passing through town and stopped for a bite. Tried ordering a cheese burger the WAY I prefer them to be, and the lady at the counter basically refused to make it and suggest I get a different item in the menu. Thud making me spend more money for something I didn’t even want. Poor customer service

I absolutely think they have the best food. The prices are not bad at all. Now…. I can’t even express how awesome their customer service is. If you haven’t ate at Pizza Bella’s, I’m telling you it’s a must try. I even get my delivery orders fast. They always say within the hour and 30 mins later they are at my door. They even give you the courtesy of letting you now that it is on its way.

Ordered $35 in pizza and subs asked for a cold Italian sub but what i got upon pickup was wet bunned hot tomato sauce filled slop. So We Went back Try and remedy The situation. Management was arrogant to my roommate Who left with the same Soggy Sandwich she walked in with. I then called the owner who was equally as arrogant to me explaining ” We don’t know how to make cold veggie subs only hot” refusing Me any kind of vegetarian options and never even offerng to make a new sandwich or refund that portion of money. The attitude and arrogance was appalling in customer service and the kid that answers phone is so inept he places you on hold 2/3 x per order to figure out his screen. I used to spend money here but no more witg this was laughable food service!! Any reply from owner will be laughed at also you are a joke pizza bella

This staff is amazing. My son has celiac and they took their time to explain the process of how they prepare and cook the pizza, measures they take to avoid cross contamination, and even made sure to contact me back to ask about cheese toppings when they didn’t have the vegan option. My son was able to experience pizza from the restaurant for the first time in his life. I can’t tell you how special that moment was to see the excitement on his face. Thank you to the staff for being attentive, knowledgeable, and caring and for making my son’s day. We will be back for more pizza!
