Food is great, delivery is trash. Pro tip. Once you get to a certain volume of orders on high volume days you need to tell your customers there is an extended delivery time and give them the option to choose delivery or takeout at that point. This is not the first, the second but is now the third time we were told a delivery estimate and it has exceeded the 40 mins past the one hour delivery time given. So almost two hours for food to be delivered. Do better. Hire more drivers or be more upfront and accurate about a rough delivery time. Not to mention my girlfriends order was not correct. Wait two hours for the wrong sauce on the wing bites. Now we have to leave to pick them up something we were avoiding doing by opting for delivery. They should abolish delivery and do take out only at this point.

I’ve been a long-time customer of this particular location before and after its move. I’ve never once had an order issue, delivery is a bit long; but that is to be expected, but I always add a generous tip.

The mini tacos are very good, gotta watch for them getting burnt. The wings are pretty good, sometimes they over cook them. The wing sauce needs a lil bit more heat , but good the way they are.

I wait 2 hours and 45 minutes for my pizza want it come. It was cold and the pizza boxs it sad fresh and hot pizza I call on let them know they said they are sorry but the pizza was under the warmer. The Pizza bella in plains Now the new location is Pittston township..

Love the new location. The parking lot does not seem to be the incredible headache it used to be for the previous restaurant at that location. The small dining room means most traffic is takeout. The dozen times I’ve visited, parking was a dream.

Ordered a chicken cheese steak with everything on it. The order was repeated back to me stating a chicken cheesesteak and they still somehow made a CHEESESTEAK not a chicken cheesesteak.

Always fast. Parking can be a pain in the butt, but they’ve never messed up an order in my 5 years ordering here. And EVERY time I go in, I see them busting their butts to do as much, as efficiently as possible. Food is always perfect and they are always doing things to give back to the community.

Nastiest place I have ever had I ended up getting food poisoning I want a refund I won’t ever recommend anyone to go here it’s run down and bootleg i went here for the first time and got a cheesesteak come to find out they microwave their meat and the garlic isn’t even real it’s dry the wings are soggy and the pizza didn’t even have cheese on it at all

Ordered a chicken garden sub but got a chicken cheese steak instead bc I didn’t want the onion or tomatoes. They decided to make it their own way instead of what I ordered. I did call and was told they are basically the same thing which they are not. Now Im out money bc I wasnt offered a reasonable solution. Next time just make what the customer ordered.
