I was so happy to find the vast vegan selections Bolis has to offer it’s also great that they deliver! I immediately ordered this Stromboli and it was pretty good. It was HUGE, great enough for two meals (for myself) or 3 in-between meals. I can’t wait to order their other vegan selections!

So disappointed! I usually order from the Pizza Bolis on Eastern Ave, but decided to give this one a try. The only part of my order they got right is my order of cheese fries, my wings I got wrong order, my Philly steak and cheese right order wrong toppings had to end up throwing away…I was looking forward to this as I always score with Pizza Bolis but NOT this location.

On 1/5/22 I place an order at 6:08 for a pepperoni Stromboli and a small vegan veggilicious pizza. When I got home we started eating and my partner says its taste different and she started to not feel well. When I call back to confirm this was vegan, the person check the order and confirm it was real cheese and not vegan cheese. My partner is dairy free and doesn’t eat dairy products due to the fact it makes her sick and has been dairy free for years. I feel this is a very serious matter and corporate needs to be involved

I ordered a pizza on the phone and when I arrived I waited 20 minutes for them to finish making the pizza. When i walked in, it turned out they placed a completely wrong order. The cashier said he would correct the mistake and I would have to wait 20 more minutes. Upon walking in a second time, it was a complete different employee and manager. When I asked could they provide a discount since they messed up the first order. The other cashier told me there was nothing he could do. I respectfully mentioned “that you guys were the ones who made the mistake not me and there is nothing you can do?”. I said fine, I’ll pay regular price. The price he charged was more expensive than what I was told on the phone. He mentioned it’s because the pizza I originally ordered was different order than the order they placed. The only difference was the name and dietary preference. I told the employee that was not the price mentioned on the phone. The amount on the phone was less than mentioned. I asked is there something you can do. He walked to the manager off to the side and talked to him. The manager didn’t come to the front and talk to me directly, instead, He stayed off to the side and said NO THE PRICE IS THE PRICE! The cashier walked back and said it’s nothing you can do. I said it’s nothing you can do for an order you guys messed up and a price that was incorrectly communicated to me over the phone and the fact you had a customer waiting for 40 minutes in the parking lot? He said no. So, i walked out.

I received old chicken wings then they debated me that they were freshly made. How could the wings be freshly made yet they were room temperature? The guy then proceeded to cook me another batch in maybe 5 min. I’m pretty sure they were under cooked. I will never spend my hard earned money at that location again. I ordered 30 chicken wings and ALL of them were pink and raw, not cooked properly. I waited 45 minutes for the chicken wings and I went to the store to get a refund and the manager and staff were unprofessional and did not want to give me a refund. Looking at RAW PINK chicken wings wasn’t enough for them to compensate a customer of 10+ years. I would give them 0 stars but sadly I cant.

Pizza Bolis Located in Hyattsville on East West Highway made me extremely ill. My partner ordered me a vegan Vegilicious pizza however, I was given a Vegilicious pizza with actual cheese. I took two bites and realized it was not vegan cheese. I had my partner taste it and she confirmed. I have vomited and I am really sick. A persons health and diet is nothing to play with. The only thing that was offered was a refund. SOMETHING MORE NEEDS TO BE DONE.
