I ordered my food on the app. I always have difficulty with the main page of the app. It never shows the coupons. The cost of the food seems to be more than that of Domino’s but doesn’t exceed the quality of Domino’s, which is saying something. They did not cut my pizzas all the way through as seen in the pics. This is not the only time this has happened. I ordered no tomatoes, and received tomatoes on my salad, see pic. Pizza bolis is always very fast with their delivery. This time I decided to pick it up. Be sure to park in the back of the shopping center. I parked in front. Thecstairs ate in the center of the building and smell of urine. The restaurant itself smells like any pizza parlor. There is seating but only to wait. There were two gentlemen there when I walked in. Both did not acknowledge me for a good five min. One was on the phone and the other seemed like he was puttering around the kitchen area. Eventually he asked if I was there to pick up. He was unable to find my order at first. I showed him the app and then he suddenly found it. I ordered extra pineapple and extra pepperoni, both an upcharge. I would hate to see what the regular amount would be. The “extra” barely was a normal amount ar other pizza joints. The garlic bread and western fries were both adequate, but much smaller than before. The whole experience was pretty lackluster. Order if you want it fast, but not picky with other stuff.

I tried the Hawaiian Stromboli and OH MY… IDK if they use a brick oven or something else but it’s not like a typical Stromboli. The service was great as well. Only downside is there’s isn’t much room to sit and dine. Doesn’t mean you can’t get it To-Go! A must-check.

Avoid this location!! They’re insensitive to Food allergies/Food allergy sufferers. They Ignore order/delivery notes and arbitrarily substitute ingredients w/o care or concern for the person eating the product. Further they don’t bother notifying you nor do they label pizza boxes with what’s ordered (as other locations do). This is by far the worst Pizza Bolis location I’ve ever ordered from!! I reiterate Avoid This Location!!

Negative 10 stars! We ordered online for delivery at the Rockville Pike location. When we got our pizzas one was made correct and one was made wrong. We ordered a mushroom and bacon pizza and there was no bacon on the pizza. We called the restaurant back to let them know that we got the wrong pizza. At first they literally hung up the phone. We then call back and demanded to speak to the manager who claimed that he made our pizza himself. He then proceeds to argue with me on the phone saying that there is bacon on my pizza. We sent a picture of the pizza to him and he then realizes his mistake but refuses to give reimbursement. Honestly I wouldn’t eat here if I were you.

Pizza was absolutely delicious! We got in late to our hotel and thankfully Pizza Boli’s was still open as we were starving. We were a little leery from all the bad reviews but took a chance and I’m glad we did. The pizza was excellent and they put the extra sauce on as requested. It arrived faster than it said as well.

I ordered take out and was greeted by a very friendly individual. The food was okay at best for my liking. The cheese pizza had a light amount of sauce and cheese was about an average amount. It made me think I was eating cheesy bread instead of a pizza. The Italian sub was good but felt a bit light on the toppings and adding a bit more could go a long way. My favorite part of the meal was the boneless wings, which were pretty tender, but wished they were a bit bigger than the size of a wine cork.

I attached double cheeseburger picture.they cut it half and make double burger with single burger. It’s funny. I also order pizza and I said No Sauce but unfortunately third time in a role it came with sauce again. Very bad customer service and very rude.

We’ve had their cheesesteaks many times and it was good. But I’m very disappointed today to find out that the cheesesteak I picked up is instead a cheeselettuce, and the picture speaks for itself. I actually ordered two of them and they both were filled with lettuce. We are never going back again because this is not a simple error, but pure ignorance.
