WOW. First I order a pizza, pick it up and take it home. No big deal right? WRONG! I get home, open the box and find my pizza with almost half the cheese and pepperoni oozing off to one side. Now I didn’t drop or rough handle the pizza in any way and carried it as I always do and never had an issue until today. The pizza was clearly poorly made. When I called the store to tell them they put me through to “management” and instead of a person I heard an automated voice telling me to record a message! It took TWO more times of calling to get an actual human on the line because they “momentarily unavailable”. I FINALLY tell the guy on the other end about my problem. What does he do? He TALKS OVER AND INTERRUPTS me several times barely letting me explain my issue. He also tries to blame ME for THEIR incompetence! Afterwards, does he say sorry and offer to have a new pizza delivered free of charge or offer a refund like any GOOD pizza place would? NOPE! They force me to drive all the way back to the store WITH the sloppy pizza as proof! When I get to the store they AGAIN attempt to blame me for THEIR mistake by accusing me of dropping the pizza! I wait for a new pizza to be made and left but not before they try AGAIN to shift the blame onto me. Telling me “careful not to drop it this time”. WHAT A JOKE! I’d give ZERO stars if I could.

You would be foolish to patronize this business. Customer service is horrible and the pizza was nothing to brag about. I paid full price for a meal buster pizza and it was delivered missing sausage. I called back to complain and to be made whole some type of way, and the phone taker answered the phone and transferred me to the kitchen. The call went to voicemail. I called back and he transferred me again stating that it was a kitchen mistake. The call went back to voicemail. I called back several more times and they would not answer the call, and if answered, they hung up in my face. Who does that? This is a dishonorable business that does not care anything about customer service or producing a quality product. I’ve used this business before and they were okay enough for me to return, but the standards have fallen way behind and don’t deserve any more of my hard earned dollars. The concern for customer satisfaction is straight trash and the product Is the same. There are too many pizza establishments out there that offer quality service, as opposed to tolerating this.

We got the $22 special, had large cheese pizza, old Bay chicken wings, and fries. We got take out. I got there early and waited awhile. The pizza was ice cold and the wings had way too much old Bay. I live less than 7 minutes away and was surprised that the pizza was cold. Probably the pizza sat while the wings and fries were cooking. Not impressed.
