The quality of food and service at Arnold’s Pizza Bolis has seriously declined. I regularly order subs and a few large pizzas, but for the last few months, my food consistently arrives extremely late (1-2 hours), cold and tastes burnt. Also my food is left on the doorstep in boxes which allows bugs to easily get inside them. I don’t think food should be placed on the ground, but if a company does it, then it should be in a sealed bag or container. I rather go pick up food from another restaurant than patronize this place again.

Order was confirmed, placed for delivery, and marked “delivered” when I never got it. Charged me $31.00 and did not deliver my pizza. Now they are not answering the phone and I can’t dispute the charge until tomorrow. Absolutely unacceptable to charge me when I got NOTHING. Do not order here.
