Called to place an order at 10:10pm there google and website hours say 11pm so should be no problem even had an employee answer promptly as soon as I mentioned placing a delivery order he promptly told me oh there closed now. It was obvious employee just wanted to o be able to close early and was lieing. If restaurant is closed phone calls should not be answered and hours should be changed

Ordered delivery because I couldn’t leave my house which is pretty much down the street from them. An hour and a half later I had to call because the food still hadn’t shown, then it took them enough 15 minutes to deliver after that.

My first time ordering from this location. Everything was almost 100% perfect. What didn’t meet my expectations was the missing cut up scallions and the Old Bay Spice in the Alfredo sauce on the MD Crab Pizza. David the driver was awesome in delivering my pizzas on time before 8pm and being able to find my house as Google map drive is too stupid to understand I have 1 “L” in my street name. Kudos!!

I placed an online order, showed up after my order should have been ready and they had just opened! The ovens weren’t even turned on. Guy was rude – offered no apologies and said if I want to wait it’ll be another 35 minutes. Nope. His excuse was “well, we opened a little late.” Fifty minutes is not a little late.

Delivered to the wrong address, I had to drive to the location to pick up my pizza I paid delivery for, gave me the pizza they had delivered to the wrong location and then made me a new pizza. The woman at the counter was very friendly and I know this wasn’t intentional but just a huge bummer to wait 40 min for a pizza to be delivered and then having to drive to get a fresh pizza anyway and wait another 15.

Food was really good. Nice people that work there. Had to wait about 10 to 15 minutes longer then the time it was suppose to be ready but it was a Friday evening so I expected some delays. Definitely would recommend.

On hold for 15 min and then when the lady returned she hung up on me. Finally got ordered placed and we were told 20 min for pick up. We got there and they hadn’t started on the order. Told 10 min wait… ended up 30 min. Not sure whats happening but service has not been good the last few times ordering.

I have had several issues (forgotten orders,dropped pizza, etc) but never reviewed because mistakes happen but today I placed an order as soon as they opened. I was order #2. It was a foot ball day so I assumed they would be busy and planned ahead. I was told @40 min. An hour and 20 min later I call and they simply say they are busy and it’s on it’s way. And hour and 40 minutes and I am still waiting. I was neither told my order would be late or offered a solution. I am sure it will be cold and was only offers they could remake it…..kids won’t wait 4 hrs for food. I won’t be wasting my time or money here again.
