I placed a delivery order for a Pizza today and was not satisfied with the service. When I ordered the Pizza I asked for No-Contact delivery like I normally do. The driver stated that he was near. I waited at the door then he called me and said do you want your pizza or not. I said I’m at the door. He said you have to come to the car and get it. I notified him that No one told me that I have to go to the car and get my food. They should have told me upfront. Needless to say that this is bad business!

You will pay for extra cheese… they will NOT give you extra cheese. Everybody needs to start returning the pizza… extra cheese is a topping and if they don’t give it then the order is wrong.

Don’t let the shopping Center scare you away. Just call in your order a head and it will cut down your time. I have order from this particular location a few times new and they haven’t let me down as far as their quality and taste of the pizza. The small 10 inch great for kids under 5 yrs. The large will be enough for two to three adults. Pizza Boli’s is my new pizza spot.

Please do not order from this place if you want to be charged 18.50 for Large pizza and be given a medium also they don’t give you garlic sauce on the side you have to pay 85 cents the bread is too soft but all around its kinda good delivery doesn’t come to your door even though they take tips for themselves without acknowledging the customer plus having a nonchalant attitude

Ordered food at around 7:20 for delivery at 8:15-8:20. At 8:45 I called to see where my food was, I talked to some man who was supposed to be the supervisor. He told me my order never printed I asked if I could have a percentage off bc of the time I already waited and the new time that I was about to have to wait for them to prepare my food. He told me he couldn’t do it but he’s the supervisor right lol. Anyways there customer service is horrible and they aren’t accommodating at all. He proceeded to offer me free stuff instead of just taking 2 or 3$ off for the wait which I thought was fair bc I didn’t want anybody’s old stuff that was left behind added to my order bc of a mistake that I didn’t make.

The cheese steak is really good. BUT the cheese fish is a 4 inch piece of fish on a 8 inch roll. Needless to say more bread than fish and the prices have increased by almost double.

I was unaware that their pizza is now a thin crust. This was not what I’d usually get when ordering from here. I ordered through Uber eats, and they refuse to give you garlic sauce now. Any other time it would be included without request. I requested in the notes to add garlic sauce just in case, and got nothing. According to another reviewer, customers now have to pay for that. What a joke. This has to be under new management, because this was a bad change.

Most of the staff here is pretty nice, respectful and professional. There is one woman in particular who works here that I LOVE. Everytime I order from this location she always makes me and my son feel special. I always get a medium pizza with boneless Asian zing wings. It’s always good, never had any issues.
