I’m a single father & former Marine. Finding my happy place that would accommodate both my child & I was difficult. Jacksonville does not have many kid AND adult friendly places to dine in. Pizza Bonez allowed me to find a place where I can decompress & spend quality time with my child. There are games to play with & pool tables for me. The bartenders are amazing; to my knowledge Nicolette & Kayla have worked in fast pace restaurants for years, they have not failed to work with my lack of knowledge in mixed drinks & have recommended new drinks to my preferred taste. The server I’ve often sat with is Coral. She has the experience to provide the quality service we required. Tyler the manager, would be seen running everything from the front all the way to the kitchen. The food is delicious, I recommend the Alfredo & of course the variety of pizza options. I have met my second family here & the owners (if they are inside) often welcome me & my child with open arms. When I am kid free, I often find myself coming back as my safe haven to decompress from work. Pizza Bonez is family oriented business made to fit the needs of both parents & their children. Take that away & you’re left with the franchises & chain restaurants in Jacksonville.

Absolutely awesome experience all around. Bonnie was phenomenal, so sweet and fun to talk to, super service, great personality. McKinley was patient and great with the girls while they picked their prizes. The food was delicious, the pizza crust was all done just right, thin and crispy had the right crunch, hand tossed had the perfect chew. Prices were spot on, kids meals automatically came with loaded game cards for them to play, great value. Would highly recommend!

One ofmy go to places for pizza. Love this place. There chicken wings are also great. They also have a mini arcade, my nephews loved. Over all they have weeknight events and even trivia was being played on one of my visits.

Celebrated my 14 year old daughter birthday here yesterday, and I must say the employees were amazing and went above and beyond for me and my family.Especially when they brung her out and sang happy birthday to her.The smile on her face was everything.They made my eyes water All employees were amazing and we definitely will be back .

Food was terrible. Our order of wings, breadsticks, and pizza was held up by our BLT. I thought maybe because they had to cook the bacon but turns out there was just bacon bits on the sandwich, and no pimento cheese! The wings were good, but did not come with any ranch/blue cheese. Breadsticks were a tiny order, comically created in the shape of bones, with a beer cheese sauce that was pretty good. Pizza was worse than a frozen pizza, topped with the same bacon bits as the sandwich. Perhaps if the staff concentrated on food quality instead of gimmicky bread sticks it would be better!

To begin with, we had a party of 30+ reservation. Food took nearly an hour. Pretzel bites came out burnt and cold. Boneless wings came out cold, soggy and salty. To be told there was only 2 cooks… they knew about our large party with plenty of notice and still kept a low number of staff. Even drinks were taking 20+ mins for even a beer. Sad. Very sad

My husband and I visited Pizza Bonez for the first time. The atmosphere was good. Our server was super nice. The food was really good. We had the breadsticks with beer cheese. They were very good, just really small!! We both had the Pimento Cheese Burger. I added Fried Green Tomatoes to mine. The burgers were cooked just as we ordered, and were very good! The Fried Green Tomatoes were a good addition and recommended. We look forward to returning. We will try the pizza on our next visit!

The front-end “children” act as such. Eatting when working, chatting, acting like we are putting them out when asking simple questions or needing a seat. More adults, fewer high schoolers on the same shift, please. Usually we have a better front-end experience. Our server was the head server, and she was great.

This was my first time eating here, and omg, there is no better way to say it, but this place is amazing. The food, the atmosphere, the service, and everything was great, especially the garlic butter that they make in house like its perfect for their pizza. We will most definitely be back here again in the future. Please make sure you stop here to eat because you won’t regret it.

We ordered delivery of this food after hearing great reviews, and were severely disappointed. In shop this may be a great place for parties and kids but food quality it is simply not good. We had one pizza with barely any chicken on it (buffalo chicken pizza) and another with square, kraft cheese on it (description states mozzarella cheese only). For the amount of money we spent this presentation was truly disappointing. We will not be ordering again.
