I love that I can add almost any topping and it still be the same price. Whole, fresh ingredients just drew me right in. The decor is super hip and the crew was nice. I’ll gave to say the soda fountain is so with getting. The cereal milk soda is out of this world! A DC must for pizza!

The black lady with the 2 nose piercings that worked the closing shift on 5/25 was beyond rude and exhibited poor customer service to me from the time I walked in the door. The store closes at midnight. I walked in at 11:32p. She didn’t greet me at all. Instead said, “we are trying to close. You only getting one pizza, right?!” Very confused, I looked at the store operating hours to make sure I hadn’t mistaken the hrs and confirmed that the store isn’t closing until midnight. She said “we’re trying to close early bc its only 2 of us working” She then proceeded to tell me that she didn’t have a spoon for the sauce and asked me if I wanted her to use her HANDS. I couldnt believe my ears. I said absolutely not so she begrudgingly went and found a spoon to use, which took her 5 seconds. She slapped all my food on the dough. When I paid, she didn’t present me the screen to select a tip or sign. She did it herself and said “You’re good.” And walked away.

This is the worst pizza i’ve ever had in my entire life. The cheese tasted like american cheese, like what you’d use to make a grilled cheese. It was so shocking and so unexpected I literally almost puked. Never in my life have i bit into a pizza, or any other food of any kind for that matter, and had to hold back vomit from the flavor. Fwiw, ordered a pineapple/jalapeno “pie” and there was only pineapple on it and not much of it.

I used to be a big fan of this place, but I just had my second consecutive disappointing meal from them. My last 2 pizzas have been scrawny,, they’re very skimpy with toppings and cheese, the pizza is mostly crust without any toppings at all, and when one of my items wasn’t delivered they refused to send a replacement and only offered a refund. There are too many decent pizza options in DC to keep being disappointed by this place.
