Good pizza in a great location. We had the “One Mean Supreme” minus the mushrooms, a pepperoni, plus a couple of appetizer. The chipotle bread had good flavor.

Terrible. Listen to the reviews and don’t just assume “it”s pizza”. Pizza had minimal sauce, hardly any cheese and a thin soft crust in the middle and hard thicker crust outside with burn spots. Also too much crust which means less pizza toppings. It would have been fine to spend this much if the pizza was good, it was not! Cheesy bread did not look like picture – was not thick but just a small thin pizza with Parmesan sprinkled on it. Seems like they don’t worry about it since they are in a tourist area. Without asking 4 of the people in our group said, we are easy to please but that was bad pizza.

This place has the absolute best employees! In the madness that is currently Seacrest Beach, the people here are understanding and accommodating. Seacrest Beach currently does not have public restrooms, which means no restrooms for customers either. There is a restroom locked down with a code that has a single stall for men and women. There is always a line. We had dinner at several restaurants including LaCo who wouldn’t let us use their restrooms as customers. Pizza by the Sea employees tried to accommodate us while we were dining there. Great place, great food, wonderful people!

If I could give zero stars I would. The worst service I’ve ever had. I waited at the register while the employee told me she would be right back to take my order. She never came back and finally when I went and found another employee I was told she was on her break. Another employee finally came and took my order. After placing my order I was told it would be a two hours minimum. The order was one large pizza. I declined to order after knowing the wait. I was staying close by for the week, and decided to give them another chance. I placed a to go order for one pizza. Go to pick it up and was informed they didn’t put the order in and they closed in 20 minutes and couldn’t make it.

I won’t comment on the food because it was never delivered. I visited in the late afternoon and the place wasn’t overly busy. Ordered a single cheese pizza and sat down. I proceeded to watch the two families who sat down after us recieve their food. When we asked the hostess about the status, she had no record of our order. Instead of just offering to make our order, the staff spent 10 minutes searching high and low for the order slip and apologizing profusely. At no point did anybody offer to just make our pizza, even when we explicitly asked. I ended up requesting a refund, which still hasn’t processed a week later. I’m sure the food is good but the service was an absolute clown show.

Food was good. Staff however pushed us out and was very annoyed 45 minutes prior to closing that customers were coming in. They actually turned off the soda machine while still opened, turned up the music, and rolled eyes that people were in the restaurant, cleaning abruptly around people eating and were highly bothered that patrons were in so close to closing. Management/ owners need to discuss with staff or consider alternate hours.

Best pizza on 30A! The crust was perfect! Thin enough but not too thin! Their signature pizzas were tough to choices from but the lock-in chicken was epic! Of course the pepperoni was perfection!
