We got a slice of pizza and ordered it well done and it was so flavorful! The rainbow cake was ok, and the cannoli was ok, but the pizza I think is where it’s at here! I would definitely come back to try more pizza, also I know reviews are low on this spot for the desserts, but I’m sure they are not being made here, they’re being shipped to the location, so for that they are decent. I would not go out of my way for the dessert, but I would for the pizza!

On Sunday, August 6th, I purchased 2 slices of the junior pizza and red velvet layer cake. When I got home I realized that the pizza was completely black under the bottom. How do you burn pizza that bad and still sell it. I’ve attempted to call pizza cake 16 times only to get automated system that sends you back to Harrah’s operators. I’ve also called Pizza Cake in Las Vegas and left a message with no return call. I’m so disappointed. I either want my money returned or my order replaced. I shouldn’t have to pay for burnt pizza. You also need a direct contact number.

Carlo/owner (Cake Boss) are you reading the reviews? I know your shop in Hoboken would never sell old pizza. I know you wouldn’t tolerate rude, or incompetent employees in Jersey. So, why are you allowing this to happen in New Orleans? We have the absolute best food down here. Your shop is lowering the bar. And, if you plan to continue this performance in food, and or service… your prices should be lowered…substantially! I may not return, unless I find myself buzzed from drinking and gambling.

Cashier absolutely rude. Didn’t know the menu, or the services the establishment provides. My fiancé ONLY wanted to add bacon and pep to an already old piece of pizza that was just sitting out. She said it would take 15 minutes, and we were fine with that. Then she said she wouldn’t wait on her? We’re spending OUR money and time, NOT YOU!

Pizza was sitting for a while and old, then rewarmed to make it edible. Got sick after eating it. Waited about 15 minutes (not in line, as there wasn’t a line) for the employee to put the pizza on a plate and figure out how to get a slice of prepackaged cake out of the case. And then to figure out she had three flavors of rainbow cake. That was after we reminded her after she charged us that we still needed the piece of cake we ordered. Harrah’s need to step their game up. No wonder it’s the only establishment in New Orleans that isn’t crowded.
