Fisherman’s platter super greasy! Forgot to bring my coleslaw too! Seems to be going downhill…… Also when I ordered a specialty salad a few months ago the male that answered the phone that evening was annoyed because of the specifics of my salad he could not help but complain to other staff member “All of that for a salad!!!” When he asked me how I would be paying for it, I responded I won’t because I heard what you said and your attitude really needs to improve. I then ordered from another pizza place in town.

My wife and always order the same thing because we love their steak and cheeses. Except this time, we order abd we get the wrong size grinders. So i call to have this fixed and was told to bring in the grinders and they would then charge me the difference for the larges. The clerk was pretty rude over it. I understand they are busy with limited staff, but i clearly stated i wanted 2 large ones. And I thought i paid for 2 large ones already. It was their mistake so i am expected to pay more for it now? No. They just lost a regular. Go to Great Oak instead. They are amazing. How the hell is it okay to bring back touched food and exchange it? What do they plan on doing with it? Reselling it? The servings have gotten a lot smaller over the last year with much higher prices.

Ordered a party pizza a day in advance. I arrived to pick it up and they told me they forgot about it??? They said i could wait, but it would be awhile. How about saying sorry, and giving me a coupon for a free pizza since I drove 20 mins to get it and I had no pizza for my party!!!
