i placed an order for some friday night food (5:15 PM), which to their credit, was ready on time. however, when we got home, i realized that they did not give us the sauce requested, plus, i was charged $2.19 for a topping that was missing. and also an additional $1.37 supply chain surcharge. i also requested light cheese, but the cheese was thicker than the pizza crust. i attempted to contact the store by completing their online form asking that they contact me, but it’s been over a week without communication. this is the second time we’ve attempted pizza cottage since they opened and both times have been pretty disappointing. also, $17 for a large one-topping?!

Always a solid pizza choice. Dinning in, a little more basic of a restaurant, but can’t go wrong with any of the food. Try out the BLT pizza and you will be super surprised how good it is. Not quite the Tommy’s style cracker crust, but in our monthly rotation and will keep coming back.

$19 Is what it costs for a large thin crust 2 topping pizza. This Is how sparse the toppings are. You get more onions than this on a personal pizza.. And to boot….. They charge a Supply chain surcharge that you’re not notified of until you’re putting your credit card in for payment. It just pops up on there.. If you Did not see it pop up In your money total, you’ll never know it’s there. Can’t be legal not to notify customers of this. But with stingy toppings like this that we pay all this money for, no reason to go back here. Marco’s and Dnatos are cheaper priced and better pizza with way more toppings. I’ve only been here a few times and not once has it been good. I am done giving them chances.

The pizza was no better than Little Ceasars… waitress LOST the debit card. We searched the trash can for it. Was not in it.. canceled the card out then miraculously it appeared in the same trash can (the waitress said she found it there) … apparently this has happened multiple times before with this waitress. Took her 1 hr to just take our order. Needless to say, we will not be returning

Since Pizza Cottage took over the old Ruby Tuesday, we decided to finally give them a try. So, they darkened windows which is actually nice. The decor is nice and the TV at certain tables is different but interesting. Our server was nice. He had to give us more time because only 1 of us had eaten there before. So, we got the jalapeño Poppers for me which were so good. Just a bit spicy but not that bad. I will definitely order them whenever we decide to go back. Potato skins were ordered but I didn’t have any. I got the chicken Philly pizza ,no onions but kept the green pepper slices and mushrooms. It was really good! This will be my go to pizza for here. My son got a meat pizza which he loved.

Granted the place was clean. Quick service. Nice interior and drive through. No issue with customer service and attention. I can’t say that for the food. I had a personal veggie pizza & fries. The fries weren’t great but ok. The pizza had a burnt taste and no flavor. I wanted this to be so much better.

We frequent this location and it’s been delicious every time. Love their thin crust. From basic pepperoni or plain cheese to their various specialty pizzas it never disappoints. For specialty pizza we love the Mexican, chicken Alfredo, chicken bacon ranch, and BBQ chicken. Love the jalapeño poppers and chicken tenders too. Always fast and friendly service.

The pizza and cheesy garlic bread…delicious! Kim provided friendly and efficient tabke service. Unfortunately, Kim appeared to be the only server in the restaurant and it took and hour to order and receive our food….totally ridiculous IMO, but definitely not Kim’s fault! Not sure I would go back based on our experience, which is a shame because the thin crust pizza was so good!
