Just ate here for the first time and I thought it was great. The gf/vegan pizza I ordered was really tasty and filled with good veggies. Joshua and everyone were very kind and made sure we had everything we needed to enjoy a good dine in experience! Will deff recommend to others and be returning for myself! Also it’s really wonderful to have another local restaurant which offers both vegan AND gluten free options!

I came here because of a coworker saying they had the best pizza upon arriving atmosphere was very nice and subtle. The staff is very attentive, and they were very on point and friendly We started with appetizers and we ordered wings and loaded fries. We got the wrong cheese on the loaded fries and the wings were decent appetizers were still good Then we ordered the cordon bleu pizza and it was horrible. There is no flavor. The crust was good, and the sauce was decent. I’m going to try again and get a different kind of pizza. Hopefully it will be better the second time around.

Place is horrible now don’t go there, dough is 2 inch thick with a 3 inch crust. Half the edge slices are just straight dough. Pathetic. Why would you even server this. Tastes like dough from the grocery store.

We went here on St. Patty’s Day eve last weekend. The wait staff was very friendly and attentive. We ordered a batch of fries I was not very impressed with (only reason I gave 4 stars, not 5)- they tasted frost bitten in my opinion but didn’t want to send back.

Pizza D’Action is superb! Not only is the customer service wonderful, but their food is absolutely delicious. I came in shortly before closing (I should’ve been more aware of this) and they still made me a stunning gluten-free & vegan pizza. I can’t wait to come back for more.

Drove well out of my way to try this place out as they advertise gluten free subs. I arrived around 3:30 PM and their business hours state they close at 8PM. Business was closed. No signs or anything outside to show their actual hours either.

Who orders a pizza without cheese? I asked several times during the ordering process to ensure the cheese was vegan and to include it on the pizza. After the pizza arrived with no cheese, I asked to have cheese put on and I would wait;mistakes do happen. i wanted to have a vegan cheese pizza. The server was nasty towards us afterwards and refused to accommodate us in any fashion.

This {used to be} the only place I got our grinders. This is a new review post new ownership. I have changed it from four stars to 1!!! I would give zero if that was an option. Now, under new ownership, despite claiming they use same recipes the food is awful and they are almost never open! Despite them having hours listed on Google and elsewhere, saying they are open similar to the old hours, they are not open remotely those hours, in reality,anymore. We have ordered from them a couple times since they took over and unfortunately, The food was bad. like not good at all and took an hour and 40 minutes for delivery. I called three times since then, because my son still wanting some thing from there, and they have not answered the phone since. I’m not sure if other people have the same opinion as me, and hence, they are already shut down. This is because despite them having an answering machine they leave no message as to why they’re shut down. Doors are locked. Phone is off. You would think if they were on vacation they would say that I have no idea just an FYI! And if you used to love the tuna! Do not get it anymore if it unless you like ”light” tuna, with nothing in it, and barely mixed up.

This place has THE BEST food. I’ve been vegan for over 7 years and it’s difficult to find great Italian food but wow does Pizza D’Action hit the mark. And they don’t just have one vegan thing; they have a full vegan menu! I had the garlic bread, a pizza w/ vegan pepperoni, and the chili and alkshalhas the food was divine. Their cheese is identical in taste and melty-ness to real cheese, their crust was delicious, and their chili was so good I want to have it every day. I highly recommend this place if you’re ever in Holyoke, I’m going to be stopping there whenever I’m in the area bc this is not to be missed. Also: the owner and the staff were so friendly!!! Wonderful place.
