This place is awful!! We spent over $112 on the most disappointing/disgusting pizza, wings and cheese sticks ever. The food was cold, crust was burnt and dried out, wings were dried out and weren’t labeled so had to figure out what the different sauces were, the deep dish pizza should not be called a deep dish because at best it is just a regular crust, they said they didn’t thaw the pork for the BBQ pizza I ordered so they just replaced it with chicken without even calling to ask if that would be okay, on a side note if the ingredients are supposed to be fresh then why is anything frozen? And the boxes were leaking very badly with grease. Couldn’t really stomach any of the food and ended up throwing it away. Will not ever return here, food is gross and a rip off.

I guess it just really depends on what you’re looking for in a pizza. When we ordered online we only saw 1 option for crust? And it was pretty thin and tasted like a cracker, however I like a thicker crust for my pizza so my bad on my part. The pics we saw seemed to have a thicker crust tho but I didnt see the option. I thought it tasted okay overall, my boyfriend said it had a bad after taste and didn’t like the sauce. I understand inflation is bad right now but id be lying if I said I wasn’t a little disappointed in the price we paid vs what we got. 13inch pepperoni and extra cheese-Carryout-$18.88. Yes we knew the price before hand however we just expected it to look and taste that price.

Really good experience. I ordered the Sidekick. Crispy crust, fresh toppings, great sauce. The pizza was cut into squares, which I enjoyed. Our order was ready faster than expected. We will definitely order from Buddy’s again!

Was so excited for a new pizza joint in town but honestly I’d rather eat a tombstone pizza. Your crust and sauce is bland. We ordered a thin crust and a thick crust and both were the same, dry and tasted like the most generic stale saltine cracker you could find. Also we ordered a 13″ thick supreme and a 10″ thin cheese. The supreme was in a bigger box but the actual pizza was a tiny bit smaller than the 10″ thin we ordered (that was in a smaller box). $37 wasted, we each had 1 PC and threw away both pizzas. Staff is super nice, but that’s only going to get you so far. If you want to stay in business you’re going to have to come up with a better pizza.

It’s an honest to goodness delicious pizza. Ingredients are fresh, but more importantly the guys working inside were friendly and kind. They made me feel welcome like a business should. If you’re on the fence about trying their food, I’d highly recommend it. Nice work Buddy’s Pizza.

Great pizza. Nice to have something different around that isn’t just a soggy mess. The Comrade was great. Lots of spice to it which I enjoyed. We also got a regular pepperoni and cheese with the thicker crust. Nice and airy, not undercooked and greasy like a lot of places tend to send.

Excellent Pizza. It tastes fresh, you can literally watch them make it from rolling the dough to boxing it up. The atmosphere is friendly and welcoming and you can tell they and busting their behinds to get work done as a newly opened business. We will definitely be back!

We got our first pizza today from Buddy’s Pizza and it was delicious! We ordered the veggie style pizza (Sidekick) and it had fresh good tasting toppings. The crust was just perfect.

Huge disappointment. Not many toppings. Cheese with no flavor. And the crust is like a cracker. Ordered a 13″ pizza and it was 10.5″. With the the options available in Forest Lake, Buddy’s needs vast improvement.

Last night we visited Buddy’s Pizza expecting Dine in Service as listed on their web site. None available. Staff was friendly but the MN Dept. Of Health may be interested in knowing that they wore no gloves or hairnets and didn’t wash hands going from task to task. One young lady had a bandaged injury and wore a glove on that hand only. Pizzas were barely comperable to Pappa Murphy’s bake your own, but prices were outlandish. Prices were not posted. Specialty pies were between $19. and $27. for a 13 inch according to the owner. Skip Buddy’s.
